GBI used them for a client of mine and they were great! I've been in real estate for years now and the thing that people hate the most is the moving in process. A client of mine purchased a beach house out west, since it was a large purchase I thought I would make the deal even sweeter for him so I promised I would assistant him in the moving process. He needed lots of furniture shipped and he wanted it finished within 3 weeks because the weather was started to get cold. I found cross country movers online and it looked like people have had some good experiences with them so I gave them a call and went through the motions. Their rates were fair and they didn't mess around with pricing so I decided they were best suited for the task at hand. This moving company got the job done in good timing, helped do some of the packing, was attentive to details and no noticeable damage occurred during unpacking. I would have no problem using them again if needed.

INPacking was awesome So I rented a very large Uhaul and didn't need help with my actual move but my girlfriend and I both were working extra shifts to make up for the money spent on putting a down payment on a house. So we needed help with packing and getting things in the Uhaul. It was annoying seeing that most places don't do just packing and lifting. They want you to book a full move with them or nothing. It was starting to get real frustrating. When we finally started calling a few more places cross country actually said yes that's fine and gave us a custom rate that was very affordable. After getting the run around from so many traditional moving businesses it was nice to find a place that was cool about doing things the way we wanted them done. Instead of us having to go by their guidelines.

BDWhat a time to move right (pandemic) What a time to move right (pandemic)? I had scheduled his months in advance and I'm thankful that they still took on the move. This was nothing like the local moves I've had around town. They were much more thorough. This was a move out of high rise so I only had an hour time slot with the elevator. The movers showed up early to utilize the full our which I seriously appreciated. 3 movers worked fast and set it up so there was always a full load waiting when the elevator returned. At the other end of the move I was greeted by a different set of movers in Austria. They were friendly and paid attention to my body language to make sure I was happy. Before leaving they opened almost every box and waited around why I searched for any damage. There was none. They gave me a form to sign which confirmed I was happy with the whole move and that was that!

GBFrom CHI to MI - Positive Experience Great experience from Chicago to MI. My family lives in Ann Arbor area and I wanted to send them some things. Needed a trustworthy company to get the job done. It was a few pieces of furniture and some odds and ends. The quote was more than doable and they were able to schedule a move 2 days from when I called which was exactly what I needed. A friend of friend told me about this business and I'm glad they did. From the rate to meeting the movers in person it was a positive experience. The fam got all the furniture within 6 hours after they picked it up. These guys rock! Thank you!!!

TRI started planning last minute and was… I started planning last minute and was worried all the good moving companies would be fully booked. Cross Country was able to accommodate my needs with a limited about of time and certain requirements by my building. Since I live in high rise I had to go by the buildings availability for the elevator instead of when the moving company was free. Cross Country switched around appointments so the move could work for the elevator time frame. I can't think of any other company that would do that. They really know how to go above and beyond for their customers. From the movers to the customer service. This is one solid group. Thank You, Thank You!
