Just completed an office move with… Just completed an office move with Cross Country Movers. This was my first time shipping a lot of stuff out of state. This business was recommended to me by my realtor, who uses them exclusively. I've had some bad experiences with other local movers, so it was refreshing to find that everyone I dealt with here was so professional and polite. The crew arrived on time, moved everything in and out without a problem, and not one thing arrived damaged. The total cost of the move seemed very reasonable for how well this move was put together. With local movers I've used in the past, things have gotten damaged from being put into the truck with out any harness. Here they had safety belt like things inside the truck that made it so nothing got jostled around during the move. It's the little things like that made this company unique. It was a pleasure to work with a quality operation like this.

Completely risk free. Not my first time moving to a new state but my first dealing with a moving company where literally nothing went wrong. In the past it's been a late start time, something got damaged or hidden fee. This was a completely no drama move from a friendly hardworking staff. They didn't put a damper in my day. They made the move easier and never tried to pull a fast one on me. Good move from start to finish.

Communication is Key The only real issues I've had with movers is with communication. When things aren't communicated correctly then everything can go wrong. You get a rate that you didn't expect because some hourly fee wasn't mentioned, the start time is delayed because the time window wasn't properly explained, something gets damaged and isn't covered because I didn't want insurance but didn't know they had insurance as option. I think you get it. None of that nonsense went on when dealing with CCMG. Every detail was explained, put in writing, emailed to me and made simple. Got all my questions answered right off the bat. That's what made this move a good one.

Cross Country Movers Group have changed… Cross Country Movers Group have changed all my perceptions about moving with a moving company. Due to some bad experiences I was terrified to use any company but their great reviews made me book them. And they were the best moving company I have ever worked with. They did everything in timely manner and carefully delivered everything to my new house. Highly recommended.
