VNGreat set of movers here! Although my move wasn't really "cross country" they did a good job with getting my stuff to Wisconsin from Chicago. Movers worked quick and were super detailed. They opened up some of the boxes I had already packed because they wanted to label everything for me so the unpacking would be easy. Great idea on their part. Haven't seen a group of movers really go the extra mile like these guys did. They made unpacking go by much quicker knowing which room to put each box in. It's the little touches that really made this business stand out.

PRNot a Scratch With their help on packing and some great movers everything showed up without a scratch. Moving is something I used to dread but with companies like this around now moving seems so much more manageable. They looked out my things and respected both old place and new place. They worked clean, quick and were very polite. I noticed they paid attention to details. They saw a few boxes unlabeled, asked me the contents and then labeled them. GBGreat Communication, Awesome Movers The only issues I've ever had with movers in the past is poor communication. Its very important to understand the rate and terms before doing business with any company and some movers are very bad at explaining things which leads to negative surprises. before choosing this place I asked numerous questions and they explained the terms over the phone and sent me an email going over them. I knew exactly how much I was going to spend and that made this experience way better. Move out was on time, move in was very close to the estimated time. They honored every bit of our agreement and above/beyond to make sure I was happy with the service provided. I definitely was and still am.

GBCommunication is Key The only real issues I've had with movers is with communication. When things aren't communicated correctly then everything can go wrong. You get a rate that you didn't expect because some hourly fee wasn't mentioned, the start time is delayed because the time window wasn't properly explained, something gets damaged and isn't covered because I didn't want insurance but didn't know they had insurance as option. I think you get it. None of that nonsense went on when dealing with CCMG. Every detail was explained, put in writing, emailed to me and made simple. Got all my questions answered right off the bat. That's what made this move a good one.
