I used their business to help me with my move, but unfortunately, they sent me to a different movers. It's been more than a month and I can't believe that they're not taking any actions. If you know that you're a broker and sending us to another moving company that doesn't respond to their clients, imagine that, imagine how hard to get a hold of you, imagine how hard to communicate with them. My kids have been sleeping on the floor with us for more than a month now, if you have a conscience you will take action about this matter.
