Luke provided a lot of helpful information during our initial phone calls. Then Felipe’s team of movers did an excellent job wrapping, packing, and loading everything. When I met them in West Palm, the unloading and unpacking also went smoothly. As cliché as it may sound, we truly felt like we had family who were also professionals working with us. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! If only I can give a negative star, I will. transaction and paying money went smoothly, but after that, their a lack of communication. I used their business to help me with my move, but unfortunately, they sent me to a different movers. It's been more than a month and I can't believe that they're not taking any actions. If you know that you're a broker and sending us to another moving company that doesn't respond to their clients, imagine that, imagine how hard to get a hold of you, imagine how hard to communicate with them. My kids have been sleeping on the floor with us for more than a month now, if you have a conscience you will take action about this matter.
