They worked together really well, took great care of our stuff, and even put padding on the floor to protect the shiny new marble. They also made sure to pad the stair railings and the brand-new front door so nothing got scratched. We were super impressed with how they thought about protecting everything in our new home. From our first interaction with our coordinator, James, he was very articulate, he covered all possible scenarios of any additional charges and explained the process very well. My husband and I were worried about picking a moving company, but this crew did a great job. Steve, who gave us the price estimate, made me feel calm. I had talked to two other companies before, but they weren't as friendly. One even yelled at me for asking questions. But the coordinator let me ask lots of questions without any problem.
