WORST MOVING COMPANY THERE IS WORST MOVING COMPANY THERE IS! They lie to deceive the customer!!! They claim to be "Veteran / Family Owned" and did not disclose when asked specifically that they are a moving broker! They give you a ridiculously LOW estimate to bait you in, then will at least double the expense! They will NOT refund your deposit! ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!

I've used United American Moving and… I've used United American Moving and Storage, 2 times in the last 4 years, and their customer service is solid. We've had the same service rep each time, which is nice. What stands out is the care they take in protecting both your old and new places, something different from other movers. The quotes are accurate, though on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. The crews have always been skilled and professional, with good teamwork. I've never seen any issues between different crews, and they all seem well-trained. Everything has arrived on time and in good shape, with only a minor scratch or two in 4 years. If United American Moving and Storage, could maintain the quality while lowering the price, it would be even better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! If only I can give a negative star, I will. transaction and paying money went smoothly, but after that, their a lack of communication. I used their business to help me with my move, but unfortunately, they sent me to a different movers. It's been more than a month and I can't believe that they're not taking any actions. If you know that you're a broker and sending us to another moving company that doesn't respond to their clients, imagine that, imagine how hard to get a hold of you, imagine how hard to communicate with them. My kids have been sleeping on the floor with us for more than a month now, if you have a conscience you will take action about this matter.

Unlimited America is a great choice! I picked United American Moving and Storage to move a few pieces of furniture to my summer home far away. Prices were really high, and renting a U-Haul was way more expensive than last year. But, United American gave me a good price without any surprises. Everything went super smoothly, and I liked that there were no extra charges. If you want a moving company that's fair, affordable, and reliable, United American is a great choice!

Great company We were hesitant, but my wife insisted we hire a moving company for our move from Atlanta to West Palm. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly. Luke provided a lot of helpful information during our initial phone calls. Then Felipe’s team of movers did an excellent job wrapping, packing, and loading everything. When I met them in West Palm, the unloading and unpacking also went smoothly. As cliché as it may sound, we truly felt like we had family who were also professionals working with us. Give these guys a try - you won’t be disappointed.
