They worked together really well, took great care of our stuff, and even put padding on the floor to protect the shiny new marble. They also made sure to pad the stair railings and the brand-new front door so nothing got scratched. We were super impressed with how they thought about protecting everything in our new home. From our first interaction with our coordinator, James, he was very articulate, he covered all possible scenarios of any additional charges and explained the process very well. Thanks again for making this transition as stress free as possible.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! If only I can give a negative star, I will. transaction and paying money went smoothly, but after that, their a lack of communication. I used their business to help me with my move, but unfortunately, they sent me to a different movers. It's been more than a month and I can't believe that they're not taking any actions. If you know that you're a broker and sending us to another moving company that doesn't respond to their clients, imagine that, imagine how hard to get a hold of you, imagine how hard to communicate with them. My kids have been sleeping on the floor with us for more than a month now, if you have a conscience you will take action about this matter.
