After speaking with James from United American, he explained what happend and how to ensure my move went smoothly. Their team was on time, well organized, and treated my belongings with care. They listened to my needs and everything arrived at my new home just as it was packed. I appreciate their attention to detail and would recommend them without hesitation.

They claim to be "Veteran / Family Owned" and did not disclose when asked specifically that they are a moving broker! They give you a ridiculously LOW estimate to bait you in, then will at least double the expense! They will NOT refund your deposit! ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS!

Great company We were hesitant, but my wife insisted we hire a moving company for our move from Atlanta to West Palm. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly. Luke provided a lot of helpful information during our initial phone calls. Then Felipe’s team of movers did an excellent job wrapping, packing, and loading everything. When I met them in West Palm, the unloading and unpacking also went smoothly. As cliché as it may sound, we truly felt like we had family who were also professionals working with us.
