GBDoubled price in less than 2 months Suckered me in at a $41 price + insurance. I specifically asked if it was a promotional deal and was told, "Oh no, that's the regular price". What a crock! Received a price increase notice in less than 2 months increasing the price from $41 to $83+insurance, more than double!!. Thank goodness I don't have too much to move because I will be moving.

GBTotal bait and switch operation Total bait and switch operation, but apparently most or all self-storage companies are. I rented a unit at $137 monthly, and after only two months received a card in the mail notifying me my rent would be increased to $204 starting the fourth month. A 50% increase. Today online they are offering the same size unit for $151. "Market adjustment", my foot. I'm lucky I had another option for my stuff and moved out before my rent increase. I notified the site office by phone a couple weeks prior and when I showed up to move out they had changed my gate code by switching the last digit, creating a situation where I would have to be there during office hours to talk to someone about entry. I was current in my account so no honest reason to change my gate code. Silly company, you lost a customer. I would have paid the $151 but now you have an empty unit because of your predatory practices and shady dealing (changing my gate code), and a consumer who will tell everyone about it. Personnel were respectful. Site was very clean.

GBI had a great experience purchasing my… I had a great experience purchasing my first storage unit with Manager Michael! He was so much help and very patient with me. I appreciated that because I had a long day moving and looking for storage and he took care of me. He was passionate and caring, and he work with me and my budget. He also gave me a free lock and I was so grateful for that ! The location is also pretty secure and maintained very well. I definitely recommend this Life Storage location!

GBTausha was WONDERFUL Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process. She made us feel very confident and comfortable that our car is safe and secure. We are thrilled with our experience.

GBService Excellence Tamika took time to explain and make sure I was satisfied and understood everything. She was very thorough and did not rush me even though she was interrupted several times by other Life Storage employees. I liked that she explained to them that she was servicing a customer and need to finish with customer and will call them back. She was very professional, thanked me for storing with Life Storage. I was in Customer Service almost 40 years Corporate and thought it was lost but she demonstrated that there is still those who belive in excellent service.
