Virginia, the Store Manager extraordinaire!!! Virginia was very personable. She made me feel welcome, explained everything, even had me work the locking mechanism until I was familiar with how it worked. Initially, it kept getting stuck but she helped me figure out the problem. The facility itself is bright and clean which is a big reason for choosing Life Storage.

The current manager at our North Scottsdale location, Dan, is exceptional Dan is always going the “extra mile” for his customers. Tausha was WONDERFUL Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process.
