i was unable to pay online/unit transferred! but will give them a chance .. i was unable to pay online, and my unit was given away. if I am able to book a satisfactory unit tomorrow, I will change my rating. Right now, i am very frustrated!! their website error should not be my inconvenience. UPDATE: manager of unit gave my unit away the day my payment was due - so not super happy about that! however, she did find a similar unit and got that assigned. I need to go visit it later. but am trusting the area will work similar to the one i had that got assigned to someone else. This manager has overall been very good to work with, and I do know that they are super busy!

Nick is very customer oriented Nick is very customer oriented! Going through a difficult situation, he was caring, empathetic and worked with me on finding a storage unit to fit my needs asap. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers with the detail he comes to the table with. Definitely recommend storing your items there, as the Customer Service is a huge sale in itself!

Virginia, the Store Manager extraordinaire!!! Virginia was very personable. She made me feel welcome, explained everything, even had me work the locking mechanism until I was familiar with how it worked. Initially, it kept getting stuck but she helped me figure out the problem. The facility itself is bright and clean which is a big reason for choosing Life Storage.
