Service Excellence Tamika took time to explain and make sure I was satisfied and understood everything. She was very thorough and did not rush me even though she was interrupted several times by other Life Storage employees. I liked that she explained to them that she was servicing a customer and need to finish with customer and will call them back. She was very professional, thanked me for storing with Life Storage. I was in Customer Service almost 40 years Corporate and thought it was lost but she demonstrated that there is still those who belive in excellent service. Virginia, the Store Manager extraordinaire!!! Virginia was very personable. She made me feel welcome, explained everything, even had me work the locking mechanism until I was familiar with how it worked. Initially, it kept getting stuck but she helped me figure out the problem. The facility itself is bright and clean which is a big reason for choosing Life Storage.

Doubled price in less than 2 months Suckered me in at a $41 price + insurance. I specifically asked if it was a promotional deal and was told, "Oh no, that's the regular price". What a crock! Received a price increase notice in less than 2 months increasing the price from $41 to $83+insurance, more than double!!. Thank goodness I don't have too much to move because I will be moving.
