Nick is very customer oriented Nick is very customer oriented! Going through a difficult situation, he was caring, empathetic and worked with me on finding a storage unit to fit my needs asap. You can tell he cares about his job and his customers with the detail he comes to the table with. Definitely recommend storing your items there, as the Customer Service is a huge sale in itself!

i was unable to pay online/unit transferred! but will give them a chance .. i was unable to pay online, and my unit was given away. if I am able to book a satisfactory unit tomorrow, I will change my rating. Right now, i am very frustrated!! their website error should not be my inconvenience. UPDATE: manager of unit gave my unit away the day my payment was due - so not super happy about that! however, she did find a similar unit and got that assigned. I need to go visit it later. but am trusting the area will work similar to the one i had that got assigned to someone else. This manager has overall been very good to work with, and I do know that they are super busy!

Tausha was WONDERFUL Tausha was WONDERFUL! She answered every question we had with patience and knowledge. She guided us through each step of the process and make sure we didn’t have any questions left unanswered. She even gave us information. We hadn’t thought of. She showed us where the security cameras replaced, she let us screenshot the map she let us do a practice run through to make sure we were not confused about the access process. She made us feel very confident and comfortable that our car is safe and secure. We are thrilled with our experience.

Easy process to rent the unit Easy process to rent the unit, the person at counter (Phillip) was very helpful and knowledgeable he broke down all the fees and the process took less than ten minutes, moving day can be so stressful and life storage did not add to the stress of the day!
