Phil & his team turned up promptly at 8.15 , introduced themselves very courteous and extremely helpful went very smoothly and fully loaded by 10.15 and all unloaded by 14.15. Best Service very impressed and genuinely nice guys and great job. Thank you for making the transition easy for older people.

Avoid this company. Care move incorporating Dale and Daughters Solihull. Avoid at all costs. Fantastic sales pitch; they arrived late and wanted to leave early therefore, the job was rushed; very poor service with no concept of customer care; they tried to charge us more than the agreed cost.

Top service - went the extra mile What a fantastic service we received from Phil & the two Pauls! Despite a miscommunication from head office and other unforseen obstacles, the team on the day went above and beyond to get us moved in within the expected time frame. Even shared some of their pizza with us on their break! Thank you all three Phil, Paul & Paul.

Awful awful awful Awful awful awful. Bernadette is an awful person to deal with, assuming no responsibility for anything that went wrong, which was basically everything. They were late, a man short, had the wrong vehicle, broke stuff, lost stuff, were abusive in the street to each other and drive off before we could inspect the vehicle. Provided no boxes. Avoid at all costs, and don’t believe a word she says. Edit: You’re welcome, but it’s not a nasty review. It’s a fair and honest appraisal of you and your service. You don’t (can’t!) deny any of my complaints, yet you refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. That was the choice you made. So don’t complain about your review.
