Both the property manager Tammy Hayes and her Assistant - Kennetha acted in a professional manner and were outstanding. They were both very helpful and the treatment received was nothing short of respect. The unit was very clean and very spacious as expected. Will recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

The only feedback I have is for the call center, when renting units, a better knowledge of the facility would be helpful. I unknowingly rented a space that was unmarked so when I arrived after hours I spent an hour trying to find it.

Secure Self Storage, El Paso TX I have storage in El paso, TX at the Will Ruth location since 2019 and Kim is ALWAYS AWESOME. This place is the best place I've had a storage unit. Kim always makes me feel welcome, even over the phone and is always polite and very very sweet, everyone includingmyslef have some hard times and they always work with you and I've never had a storage facility work with me like that.
