GB2976 North Expy 2976 North Expy, Griffin Ga. Checked in today 03/21/24 to rent a unit. Both the property manager Tammy Hayes and her Assistant - Kennetha acted in a professional manner and were outstanding. They were both very helpful and the treatment received was nothing short of respect. The unit was very clean and very spacious as expected. Will recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

GBAbsolutely delighted with Vickers Street storage site I have leased a unit for over 6 years on Vickers Street in Colorado Springs. The staff is extremely respectful, gracious and simply said... outstanding. I appreciated their attention to keeping the site clean and well monitored. Even though I was an end unit, there was so little dust that had come into the unit over a 6 year period! I was astounded and very much delighted that my storage boxes didn’t have dust on it. Units are well designed & staffing keeps common areas immaculate. Excellent and experienced staffing makes this location rate above all others. Thank you for hiring the best people. I was always greeted with a smile. Lisa B

GBI really enjoyed the ease of and peace… I really enjoyed the ease of and peace of mind that the local rep provided to me, Shelia Hill McIntyre did an above and beyond job with helping me last minute. She showed me empanthy and she sounded like she really cared that I understood everything. Kudos to this outstanding employee.

GBService is just average Service is just average. Facility is clean, and kept up well. Annual increases are substantial at 10% or more since ownership has changed. Tough to make changes or complain with a full storage. Local staff is pleasant. Several interactions with area manager not so much. I am sure some people struggle with the covid pandemic situation and possible job problems. No offers of help have been forthcoming. Just a notice your rate is going up on your anniversary.

GBIt seems to be a common practice for… It seems to be a common practice for storage companies to raise the rent without explanation. It's a hassle to move out over a few dollars, so they get away with it. I retired from a profession that requires honesty and truthfulness, so to me it's disappointing when a business (the management) profits from smarmy practices. Typical unprincipled landlord mindset. They don't care what is thought of them nor appreciate their tenants. Yes, they have legal and tax problems and regulations but that doesn't justify the lack of transparency. They could at least offer some valid reason for rent increase for the sake of understanding by the tenants. Otherwise, may they some day find greater meaning and purpose for their lives as human beings.
