purely storage porterville California Let's start out :-with your :-greated with :-a smile God only knows what that are thinking ? at the end being disregarded like you never existed eignord the first week having having most of my things in I noticed that my things looked gone through I was sure of that so I got my own lock on as well I thought 🤔 don't need to worry I was wrong when I returned to check on my things my lock wasn't their only theirs decided to vacate days early went into the office reported it To my disbelief told no it's not possible she didn't have time to look at the camera video but she would turn in my report to this day I haven't got word .so I'm going to hire an attorney more money out of my pocket taken them to court what is wrong with them something is very wrong that is certainly not how business is conducted . what are thinking not with a clear mind . nothing is good about it.

Great pricring with excellent customer service. Purely Storage has the best prices in town. I reserved on line during the rainy season. I called in prior to arrival and the gal advised me that she swapped me into a different unit as the one assigned had a leak. Fast rental process. Well informed of key rules. Cane in a few weeks later with a question and was informed of a recent tenet mailer which notified benifit attached to the insurance available to purachase through the office. Very friendly group.

Sucks They are sums they kept telling I was OK I did not have the money I was in a bad spot and did not get any cash that mouth I called the lady and she saidbthat she will work with is it will be OK I was cool I did not want to lose my kids stuff and then the next call ingot like a week late was them saying we are selling your storage if you don't have like 256 and some I was I just talk to someone about is and I was OK .they where like we don't know who you talk to someone this is what it is .so all comes down I lost my kids and my stuff they wouldn't even let me get my kids pic and baby stuff out of it

The storage unit was apparently… The storage unit was apparently recently treated for bugs and rodents... The problem is, that in this particular unit is a large area of a sticky gooey (and probably poisonous) substance that we could not simply remove... We had to cover over it as best we could to safely store our belongings.

Look For storage elsewhere The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the manager, Dodie was AWESOME. She made everything easy and we communicated well, and she was empathetic to our situation of moving from out of state. HOWEVER, This storage facility is infested with mice and homeless people. Our belongings were covered with mice feces after only being stored for a short time. We stopped in frequently to move and store things and there was always homeless people lurking, hanging out or sleeping in the stair well areas, and a few times we could even hear them fighting. I did not feel safe coming and going especially late at night and when I was alone with my 2 small children. It borders a pretty rough area of town. and sits next to a huge open desert (Explaining the mice?) Anyway, I would not use this place again. Over half of our stuff had to be thrown out because of rodent damage.
