Clean safe and accessible. Crazy old lady. The units are clean and well maintained. Great hours. Always accessible and I’d have stayed with my original 5 star review if it wasn’t for the coldness of the staff. They weren’t the worst, Just cold. Specifically the older women who works mornings. If you like being judged and glared at for no reason by old women i recommend going in the morning. You won’t be disappointed. Very obnoxious and hovered uncomfortably anytime I was there bringing things in or out during my move to my new home. Literally would drive her little white car to my unit to criticize my parking while I was the only customer at the property. It’s not like I’m some creep. Or inconveniencing anyone, or messy or late with my payment ever, so it was just super uncomfortable. She alone is why I bought my own shed and built it in my own yard. So I guess I should thank her for pissing me off because it’s nice having my stuff here. But hey, maybe it was just me idk.

Unethical, Deceitful, Fraudulent Business Practices. On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk. Dishonest people who work there Dishonest people who work there. Lots of people live in there storage unit and will rob you blind. Management is high on some type of narcotics and will steal your debit information if you give too much of your own personal information. I am currently filing a lawsuit.

Looks secure and friendly receptionist Looks secure and friendly receptionist. I would recommend it to friends and relatives if it turns out my stuff still in good condition but the facility is clean and new painting hoping to paint it right so it looks presentable to new customers. Great price and area too.

No brakes for a teacher After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired. Teachers have enough extra experiences. I am very disappointed that your storage company is one of them.
