The storage unit was apparently… The storage unit was apparently recently treated for bugs and rodents... The problem is, that in this particular unit is a large area of a sticky gooey (and probably poisonous) substance that we could not simply remove... We had to cover over it as best we could to safely store our belongings.

Joke and a scam… Tell me why I pay 100 dollars a MONTH for a storage unit, cameras all over, and yet my unit had been robbed three separate times. Owners don’t care, and won’t be bothered to look at the cameras, this storage unit it a joke, you’d be safer storing your belongings under an I-10 underpass. If I could give negative stars, I would. This whole operation is a scam and a joke. Highly DON’T recommend.

I have rented from Purely Storage for a… I have rented from Purely Storage for a few years. My unit was broken into maybe January 2023. Purely Storage was bought by a different company. When it was time to do my Insurance claim Issues started coming about pertaining to my documents needed for my claim. If there are cameras everywhere and management in the office, and they are not watching the cameras, they should be watched daily even the next day from the previous day to ensure Customers Items are stored properly. It is a inside job done about someone stealing Customers Items, its sad that Customers Units are broken into and the Purely Storage knows about it and never does anything about it. Break-Ins has been an Issue with this Company, nothing has been done about it. This company needs to be shut done for ever. I will never rent there or refer anyone to use their services. Be aware of using them for storage purposes.

I would recommend it to friends and relatives if it turns out my stuff still in good condition but the facility is clean and new painting hoping to paint it right so it looks presentable to new customers. I rented several storages in different… I rented several storages in different states. For example in North Carolina here in Beaumont and vidor tx but purely storage help me on a way that I know I will recommend it to anyone. BY coincidence I met on a job site a owner of a different storage place and he offer me to move to his storage in other words he told me a give u a better price. My response to him was Thank you but no because I am so please with purely storage staff and location
