Still better than Uhaul storage prices.... The facility is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. My problem is that I rented 2 storage units within days of each other and when we tried to sync the due dates for the payments, it didn't allow for the 1st 2 months's discount. Frustrating.

Unethical, Deceitful, Fraudulent Business Practices. On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk. Purely Storage - Atwater 201 Gertrude Ave Atwater, CA 95301

Great pricring with excellent customer service. Purely Storage has the best prices in town. I reserved on line during the rainy season. I called in prior to arrival and the gal advised me that she swapped me into a different unit as the one assigned had a leak. Fast rental process. Well informed of key rules. Cane in a few weeks later with a question and was informed of a recent tenet mailer which notified benifit attached to the insurance available to purachase through the office. Very friendly group.

I rented several storages in different… I rented several storages in different states. For example in North Carolina here in Beaumont and vidor tx but purely storage help me on a way that I know I will recommend it to anyone. BY coincidence I met on a job site a owner of a different storage place and he offer me to move to his storage in other words he told me a give u a better price. My response to him was Thank you but no because I am so please with purely storage staff and location

Rat Infested Rat Infested - The Beaumont location is rat infested and taking their time with resolving the issues. Once I initially reported the problems with the unit the staff stated that they will take care of the unit and possibly speak to the owner's unit next to mine. Month later we returned to check on the unit, the hole between my unit and the unit next to mines was not fixed and rat droppings were everywhere. Spoke to office workers and they did not even know the start of how I should file a claim.
