AVOID THIS COMPANY I wish I could give this company zero stars. Worst moving experience of my life. After picking up my items that I was told were going to be delivered on September 4th, I didn't end up getting my items until Sept 12th with absolutely no communication. I packed my life saving medication and all my clothing to start a new job and was left high and dry for weeks. The worst of it was when they were unloading, first they showed up 8 hours late and refused to unload my items unless I paid them $150 more dollars. No one could explain why, I was straight up shaken down for money. They were also supposed to assemble my furniture, but brought no tools with them. They told me it was fine, but they second the left at 11pm at night, I sat on my bed AND IT COMPLETELY FELL APART. The legs snapped and my expensive bed frame was destroyed. They also did the same thing to both my nightstands. All my boxes were crumpled and beaten, it looked like they had moved them multiple times since picking them up. There was nothing I could do except file a moving claim and it's been months without seeing any result of that. The moving claims company looked like a scam as well, tons of ad pop-ups and entering in the same information over and over. Do anything in your power to avoid this company at all costs.

The only think worse than the job the… The only think worse than the job the did is the way they treated me afterwards. They literally pretended to want to solve a dispute and GHOSTED ME LIKE MIDDLE SCHOOLERS. Like cowards. Paid for a full service and my husband ended up having to help the single mover who showed up

They understood the importance of handling our office equipment and confidential files with care. Everything was moved without a hitch, and their team was incredibly respectful of our workspace. Mike and his team was fantastic from start to finish. No complaints.

Safebound Lures you in with Low Quote Safebound completely took advantage of my (sharp) 86 year old mother. The sales rep, Luke, reviewed her items and my mother sent a video. His quote had 30 small to medium boxes with NO wardrobe boxes. She had a walk-in and double closet full of clothes. He also told my Mom that soft clothes could remain in her dresser. On moving day the movers told us he absolutely would not move loaded dressers! More boxes, this time purchased from them on moving day. The actual cost was 1.5x’s more than the quote!!!! Repeatedly we were told by Luke and Junior in customer service, “5-7 business days” from pick up for delivery. On day 7, the truck still had not left Florida! The customer service manager refused to believe his team could have said these things to us, yet every call is recorded. Of course, we never heard back regarding confirmation of our conversations! Stay away from Safebound they caused tremendous stress and aggravation right up to delivery day!
