HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST MONEY-GRABBERS. ZACK PLAYS THE A-GAME AS A CON ARTIST. THE PRICE ENDED UP MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ESTIMATE. MANY BROKEN ITEMS, SQUASHED BOXES. I COULD WRITE A DISSERTATION ABOUT HOW BAD THE EXPERIENCE WAS AND HOW TOTALLY DISHONEST THEY ARE, BUT TAKE HEED, FIND SOMEBODY ELSE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Update: Look .. they're asking me to take down this review, saying I'm mixing them up with another company in Canada. NOT TRUE. Safebound in West Palm Beach, FL. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. This is exactly the company we dealt with. AWFUL!

When I first spoke with Patrick he… When I first spoke with Patrick he seemed to be a decent nice guy! My problem started when a sub contractor called me and told me that I needed another deposit. So i told them just to use the my CC on file! They than told me No credit card cashier check or cash! I called Safebound and I asked to speak with Patrick some girl in office told me that he wasn't there a (LIE). Another guy claimed to be the top manager under the owner became a big jerk on a Power trip! This peace of crap made my life hell the day that I was supposed be moving! I never in my life been treated like this! He a complete jerk! To me HOGWASH! RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT HIRE THIS JERKS! Once you sign and do a deposit it is all over for you!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY I wish I could give this company zero stars. Worst moving experience of my life. After picking up my items that I was told were going to be delivered on September 4th, I didn't end up getting my items until Sept 12th with absolutely no communication. I packed my life saving medication and all my clothing to start a new job and was left high and dry for weeks. The worst of it was when they were unloading, first they showed up 8 hours late and refused to unload my items unless I paid them $150 more dollars. No one could explain why, I was straight up shaken down for money. They were also supposed to assemble my furniture, but brought no tools with them. They told me it was fine, but they second the left at 11pm at night, I sat on my bed AND IT COMPLETELY FELL APART. The legs snapped and my expensive bed frame was destroyed. They also did the same thing to both my nightstands. All my boxes were crumpled and beaten, it looked like they had moved them multiple times since picking them up. There was nothing I could do except file a moving claim and it's been months without seeing any result of that. The moving claims company looked like a scam as well, tons of ad pop-ups and entering in the same information over and over. Do anything in your power to avoid this company at all costs.
