GBOn 3/6/22 i asked this company to leave… The GM of Executive Van Lines is the BEST. I previously wrote a negative review and he reached out to me and got the situation resolved. He was open minded and extremely kind. I am very grateful for his help and I recommend this company. A complete professional who cares about doing a good job and keeping consumers happy.

GBRelax movers My husband gave the proposal of booking Executive Van Lines. He was very keen to try n movers because of amazing reviews on the internet. I am glad I listened to him. They exceeded my expectations. Recommended.

GBScammers Scammers! We contracted for move from CA to NV and paid $4884 deposit. Note: this is a freight broker not a mover. Real moving companies do not charge a deposit! Tried to contact prior to scheduled move and phones inoperable (just a busy signal on all lines) and emails bounced back undeliverable. Long story short, had to contract with another company and used United. They did a GREAT job and their price was $2000 LESS than Executive. I've been contacted by other unhappy victims who are setting up a class action suit agains Executive. I will be participating in the lawsuit. I want my $4884 deposit back!

GB3 outstanding employees I spoke with Justin in the call center, I didn't get his last name, but he has a southern twang to his voice, he was so sweet and helpful!! I also spoke with Rebecca in cancellations, which let's be honest, probably isn't a fun job, but she was super polite and professional and kind and understanding and efficient!! And your sales rep, Tye Scott is an absolute doll. He made the whole customer experience so easy and comfortable. He took his time helping me understand, and provided a few wholesome laughs along the way (and we all know the world needs those!) I feel awful about having to cancel my reservation, which likely impacted his ability to collect commission for the time he spent helping me. You've selected some fantastic individuals for your team. You should be very proud and willing to give raises, they work hard and it shows!!
