Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your… Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your moving broker. We did and they hired a company who has been holding our items for over 2 months and still won’t confirm the location of our items or when we will get them. We have been lied to several times and the story constantly changes from a van breaking down, to being involved in an accident, to being in a warehouse in Jersey and now apparently it’s just been sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas. We requested them to have a driver send pictures of our items upon his arrival and they said they would. No pictures have been sent and they are ignoring our calls. Executive has not helped us resolve this. They just keep telling us that the moving company, Dynamic Movers, are responsible and will keep us updated with any changes. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone.

After reading reviews of other companies I saw why and I’m glad I paid the extra money to with them. My price went up when I called back to book but that was to be expected. Move went very well zero headache considering I was moving 2000 miles. Will be recommending to all my friends and family

Worst experience I have had in a very… Worst experience I have had in a very long time. Sales staff unknowledgeable about their own policy. Argumentative supervisors, quick to raise their voice, and also unknowledgeable about their own systems. I will never use their services and will tell everyone I know how bad they are.

Terrible Scam Company!! Terrible Scam Company!!! They are just moving brokers that want you to keep paying more money. They don't do refunds even you want to cancel the service 7 days ahead, on the pick up day the carrier blackmailed me for an extra $800 as a shuttle fee, After a month of waiting (picked up on May 24, estimated delivery date should be June 11, Now is June 28) I tried to reach out to their customer service a few times, but every time they put me at least 2 more hrs waiting, then told me they can not get any response from the carrier, they don't know where my items are now and can't give me estimated delivery date. Everyone should avoid this scam company! they do not care your items at all! this terrible company will get a lawsuit someday!

On 3/6/22 i asked this company to leave… The GM of Executive Van Lines is the BEST. I previously wrote a negative review and he reached out to me and got the situation resolved. He was open minded and extremely kind. I am very grateful for his help and I recommend this company. A complete professional who cares about doing a good job and keeping consumers happy.
