GB3 outstanding employees I spoke with Justin in the call center, I didn't get his last name, but he has a southern twang to his voice, he was so sweet and helpful!! I also spoke with Rebecca in cancellations, which let's be honest, probably isn't a fun job, but she was super polite and professional and kind and understanding and efficient!! And your sales rep, Tye Scott is an absolute doll. He made the whole customer experience so easy and comfortable. He took his time helping me understand, and provided a few wholesome laughs along the way (and we all know the world needs those!) I feel awful about having to cancel my reservation, which likely impacted his ability to collect commission for the time he spent helping me. You've selected some fantastic individuals for your team. You should be very proud and willing to give raises, they work hard and it shows!!

GBHorrible experience My furniture was moved from Ohio to New Mexico. This is not a moving company. It is only s broker and they will turn your furniture over to anyone they can find. My furniture was kept in a warehouse in Georga for almost a month. When I finally received it much of it was smashed or missing entirely. The men who delivered it would not identify their company, and they were very threatening. I was charged almost $3000 more than my quote. Executive takes NO responsibility for what they did. And they are legally not responsible because they are brokers. And liars.

GBI called executive to get a quote and… I called executive to get a quote and just couldn’t understand why they were so much more expensive than everyone else. After reading reviews of other companies I saw why and I’m glad I paid the extra money to with them. My price went up when I called back to book but that was to be expected. Move went very well zero headache considering I was moving 2000 miles. Will be recommending to all my friends and family

GBTerrible Scam Company!! Terrible Scam Company!!! They are just moving brokers that want you to keep paying more money. They don't do refunds even you want to cancel the service 7 days ahead, on the pick up day the carrier blackmailed me for an extra $800 as a shuttle fee, After a month of waiting (picked up on May 24, estimated delivery date should be June 11, Now is June 28) I tried to reach out to their customer service a few times, but every time they put me at least 2 more hrs waiting, then told me they can not get any response from the carrier, they don't know where my items are now and can't give me estimated delivery date. Everyone should avoid this scam company! they do not care your items at all! this terrible company will get a lawsuit someday!

GB10/10 service 10/10 service, was not the cheapest but they did what they promised, didn't charge hidden fees. Very upfront. The other companies just wanted my money they wanted to move me. Mark Anderson the representative that took care of my move made the whole experience so much easier and was very informative he removed the stress of this experience and I thank him for his help!😄🙌💯
