SCAM Do not give this company your bank info. They will immediate draft you and become unresponsive. I put down a deposit for a move and called back to cancel within 24hr as stated in the contract for refundable cancellation. It’s been more than 2 months and this so called company refuses to give me my refund. I’ve called and emailed several times, each time being told LIES. This company doesn’t operate with any ethics and will ghost you ASAP when you put down deposit.

I would give a zero if I could I would give a zero if I could. I moved April of 2022 This is a moving broker and our intitial quote was $15,450 when all was said and done our move was $37,000. There was nothing we could do because they had our stuff. From the packers to the transport to the delivery of our belongings, everyone said it would cost more. I was told by the original person I talked to that my price wouldn’t change. My stuff would not go into storage it would go straight to my new location. I asked all the right questions about it being a moving broker and was lied to all the way. I could have sold everything I owned and bought new for the price it ended up costing me. I had to buy a ton of stuff to replace what was broken anyway. To unload the truck they just hire random people off the street. I was missing items and totes. Who do you blame so many hands were on our stuff and you have no idea who took it. Beware

Called for a quote. Called for a quote.. was ridiculously high.. then trying to get me to reserve I got high pressured sales guy Dillon go back Nd forth and they cMe down 1k on price. And kept pushing and pushing for down-payment.. if high pressure sales is your tactics..then I don't believe your ratings are accurate!!!

We contracted Executive Van Lines in… We contracted Executive Van Lines in Nov. of 2021. we thought all was good. We didn't read all the fine print shame on us. We did not realize this is a brokage. This was a cross country move. They sub-contract it to a trucking co. Who picks up your stuff. They picked up our belongings on 5/27/2022. We gave the driver our new address. It wasn't till July 10th that we got a partial delivery and Aug. 6th that we got the final delivery. There were broken and missing items. When you call Executive Van Lines to find out what's going on you are put on hold for hours than disconnected more times than I can count. If you are lucky enough to get a representative, they have no answers.

10/10 service 10/10 service, was not the cheapest but they did what they promised, didn't charge hidden fees. Very upfront. The other companies just wanted my money they wanted to move me. Mark Anderson the representative that took care of my move made the whole experience so much easier and was very informative he removed the stress of this experience and I thank him for his help!😄🙌💯
