GBCalled for a quote. Called for a quote.. was ridiculously high.. then trying to get me to reserve I got high pressured sales guy Dillon go back Nd forth and they cMe down 1k on price. And kept pushing and pushing for down-payment.. if high pressure sales is your tactics..then I don't believe your ratings are accurate!!!

I have been waiting over 2wks to receive a refund in which I was told it would be expedited within 5-7 days. I will continue to leave bad reviews on every review site about this janky company and their poor business practices. They take all of the time to reel you in but once you have taken the bait and you have paid your money no one is available, there’s absolutely no communication. And now customer service hangs up on me every time I call in asking about my money. I am left with no other choice but to seek legal cancel which is really ridiculous

GBDo not hire Executive Van Lines as your… Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your moving broker. We did and they hired a company who has been holding our items for over 2 months and still won’t confirm the location of our items or when we will get them. We have been lied to several times and the story constantly changes from a van breaking down, to being involved in an accident, to being in a warehouse in Jersey and now apparently it’s just been sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas. We requested them to have a driver send pictures of our items upon his arrival and they said they would. No pictures have been sent and they are ignoring our calls. Executive has not helped us resolve this. They just keep telling us that the moving company, Dynamic Movers, are responsible and will keep us updated with any changes. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone.

GB3 outstanding employees I spoke with Justin in the call center, I didn't get his last name, but he has a southern twang to his voice, he was so sweet and helpful!! I also spoke with Rebecca in cancellations, which let's be honest, probably isn't a fun job, but she was super polite and professional and kind and understanding and efficient!! And your sales rep, Tye Scott is an absolute doll. He made the whole customer experience so easy and comfortable. He took his time helping me understand, and provided a few wholesome laughs along the way (and we all know the world needs those!) I feel awful about having to cancel my reservation, which likely impacted his ability to collect commission for the time he spent helping me. You've selected some fantastic individuals for your team. You should be very proud and willing to give raises, they work hard and it shows!!

GBWorst scammers ever Worst scammers you could ever want to deal with. By the time I connected the dots it was too late to get back my exorbitant deposit, even though these bandits hadn't actually done anything to justify keeping my hard-earned money. I am only getting started spreading the word on these con artists. I gave them fair warning, but they elected to keep my money.
