Absolutely Awful!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! Absolutely Awful!!! LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS ENTIRE OPERATION IS A BIG SCAM. ANY POSITIVE REVIEW HERE MUST BE PAID!!! I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception here. If there was an option for negative stars, that's what this joke of a company would deserve. Where do I even begin. Moving from New Jersey to North Carolina and we were given an initial quote of $1600. Upon arrival of the movers, this figure doubled to over $3000. Apparently the moving coordinator we spoke to significantly miscalculated the cubic footage we'd need in order to lock us into a lower price and secure our business. With the arrival of the movers and time constraints, it was basically an ambush. You could either pay the inflated costs or start looking for a different mover at the last minute. We didn't have much of an option. After deciding to bite the bullet and move forward, the truck arrived a few days later. In the original contract and which was reiterated verbally numerous times, this was a door to door service. The movers in NC were now demanding an additional $350 to move the stuff into the apartment. We obviously refused since the abuse had become overwhelming. They left our stuff in the hallway. Never in my life have I felt so violated and disrespected by a company. On every possible level they disappointed.

This place is a rip off do NOT use… This place is a rip off do NOT use them. I got quote to move 22 items 74 pieces they took 5 and said they were full. Charged 250 more for safe of which I gave them the dimensions . When they finally got to new place didn’t put the bed back together and when the couldn’t get a dresser up stairs because they only sent one person on both ends. We took railing down they jumped in truck and left. The place is a scam and will upsell everything. They wouldn’t take mirrors or glass unless we paid extra for them to wrap. One mover which was day labor cussed us out. This is a warning. Do NOT use

United Pro Van Line - IT'S A SCAM!! United Pro Van Line, IT"S A SCAM!! They are the moving broker and NOT the actual moving company. The quote they gave us was Bait and Switch!! We took pictures of all the items needed to move and told them to make sure the quote is the exact price we were willing to pay. They quoted us $1800; but when the actual mover showed and told us $3200!! There is a big difference between $1800 and $3200, don't you think? Again, we took pictures of all the items, and send them both text messages and emails to ensure the price is exactly what we agreed on.. We lost $700 and they would not return our deposit. DO NOT USE THEM!! Find a real moving company and NOT Brokers. So MAD.

GOOD MOVING Nothing got broken, and movers were easy to deal with. We had a no delay with delivery. I would highly recommend these guys!

Great Service at a Great Price! Overall Great Experience. After shopping around to find our perfect mover, and weighing in on different factors, I went with UPVL, and glad I did! They took the most thorough inventory. I could tell they knew what they were doing. Customer service checked up with me a few days from the move and checked the inventory list. Made sure we had everything accounted for. I packed my own boxes, but they did all the heavy lifting. It did take one day longer then I expected for delivery, but customer service, I think his name was Justin, was very helpful and kept me updated. I wont hold that against them because traffic jams do happen. I hope I never move again, but if I do, it will be with United Pro!
