GBThank you Thank you for taking the time to explain everything on the phone. It made moving day much better for someone like me.

GBThis was the text I received from this… This was the text I received from this company.. is that not the first sentence? what part of that indicates I want you on your phone while your driving? I mean, you had 17 hours to read it before you responded and that's what you get out of it? I'll chalk this up as a hungover read. Rehydrate, do your homework. And get back at me. Or don't. Find out the hard way. It matters little to me.

GBUnited Pro Van Line - IT'S A SCAM!! United Pro Van Line, IT"S A SCAM!! They are the moving broker and NOT the actual moving company. The quote they gave us was Bait and Switch!! We took pictures of all the items needed to move and told them to make sure the quote is the exact price we were willing to pay. They quoted us $1800; but when the actual mover showed and told us $3200!! There is a big difference between $1800 and $3200, don't you think? Again, we took pictures of all the items, and send them both text messages and emails to ensure the price is exactly what we agreed on.. We lost $700 and they would not return our deposit. DO NOT USE THEM!! Find a real moving company and NOT Brokers. So MAD.

GBLies and no communication The original guy I talked to on the phone lied about multiple things. He said this was his personal number I could call any time of day and night if I had any questions. It was just the number to the office and I never heard from this man again. He said the quote he gave me would not change under any circumstances, which it did it increased by $800. If he would have just been honest in the beginning about this stuff it would have been no problem, why all the lies? We had only hours notice for both pickup and drop off despite multiple calls to the company to ask for a time frame. They were also deceiving on the phone about the insurance policy, it is only $0.60 per pound. They lost our vacuum cleaner, the shelves for one of our bookshelves, and a laundry hamper. Because these do not weigh very much we will get pennies for them despite the total value being a couple hundred bucks to replace.
