United Pro Van Line - IT'S A SCAM!! United Pro Van Line, IT"S A SCAM!! They are the moving broker and NOT the actual moving company. The quote they gave us was Bait and Switch!! We took pictures of all the items needed to move and told them to make sure the quote is the exact price we were willing to pay. They quoted us $1800; but when the actual mover showed and told us $3200!! There is a big difference between $1800 and $3200, don't you think? Again, we took pictures of all the items, and send them both text messages and emails to ensure the price is exactly what we agreed on.. We lost $700 and they would not return our deposit. DO NOT USE THEM!! Find a real moving company and NOT Brokers. So MAD.

I have a statement to make regarding… I have a statement to make regarding this mover company. The worst company I have never deal with ripped off and scam. I spoke with the Broker he quote me the price exactly there is no extra items base on pics ect upon the mover came to pick up the inventories he charged me extra a thousand and demand that if I don’t pay they will not move my inventories so I did contact the broker they have not respond to me at the time. The mover just took of I am from California I wasn’t there so next day I contact Julian the office manager lie and make a statement I canceled how the world I would cancel it’s doesn’t make sense. They didn't refund my money I attempted to contact them they block my number. Before you contact make sure you do yourself a research. They really a scam I wish I can download the evidence the contact

Do not use United Pro Van Lines out of Ft Lauderdale … Do not use this company united van lines, only contracts this out and the people they contract to are very inexperienced. They will break and lose your stuff and you are just stuck with it. They will say that you’re still up and then not show up for delivery and they say that that’s OK because it’s logistics with the carrier that they decide to give you. WORSE move ever and you will be sorry if you use this company and the way do business. ****I have been advised to file a claim through small claims court. *** Do NOT use this company. Please DO NOT use this provider Please DO NOT arrange anything with this company. This is a total SCAM. They have the worst customer service and quality service I’ve ever had to deal with. Initial quote doubled, they didn’t comply with packing material at pick up, didn’t asaemble my furniture at delivery, for which I paid over $300. Many of my things got lost or damaged. I am filing a claim with the carrier, but I would’ve NEVER chosen the carrier that United Pro Van Lines used.

This place is a rip off do NOT use… This place is a rip off do NOT use them. I got quote to move 22 items 74 pieces they took 5 and said they were full. Charged 250 more for safe of which I gave them the dimensions . When they finally got to new place didn’t put the bed back together and when the couldn’t get a dresser up stairs because they only sent one person on both ends. We took railing down they jumped in truck and left. The place is a scam and will upsell everything. They wouldn’t take mirrors or glass unless we paid extra for them to wrap. One mover which was day labor cussed us out. This is a warning. Do NOT use
