Run! Do NOT use them! Just getting the insurance claim. Huge Joke! This was the worst, most expensive mistake of my life. Hired them to move my daughter's furniture from ATL to Louisville. The price quoted was enflamed when the movers got here. The moving guys demanded a huge tip or they wouldn't work, then the furniture was held hostage for 21 days. 1/2 delivered and ruined, second 1/2 comes and is totally smashed and pieces missing. They demand cash upon delivery or they won't open the back of the truck. When we see everything is ruined, they say, "Don't worry, we insured it for you." It's insured alright, 60 cents per pound, per item. They ruined $5200 of my daughters things and we're only getting $185 for the claim. Huge disaster!!!

Great Service at a Great Price! Overall Great Experience. After shopping around to find our perfect mover, and weighing in on different factors, I went with UPVL, and glad I did! They took the most thorough inventory. I could tell they knew what they were doing. Customer service checked up with me a few days from the move and checked the inventory list. Made sure we had everything accounted for. I packed my own boxes, but they did all the heavy lifting. It did take one day longer then I expected for delivery, but customer service, I think his name was Justin, was very helpful and kept me updated. I wont hold that against them because traffic jams do happen. I hope I never move again, but if I do, it will be with United Pro!

Great Help! Had to get a quick, emergency move completed right around the holidays. With the holidays around - made it hard to find a group to move me in the time I needed. I was lucky to get on the phone with Tony and he was able to get the info he needed from me and price out the move. Although the pricing was more than I wanted to spend initially- Tony made things very clear and understanding for me as I dont move alot. The pickup went fairly smooth (only because they were about 45 minutes behind schedule, but with it being the day after christmas thats okay with me). The crew got my items swiftly up to Virginia quickly and most importantly- in one piece! Quite a different experience than I have had with movers in the past. Do not use United Pro Van Lines!! Do not use United Pro Van Lines!!! It is a complete scam set up. They will quote you a number and then the mover will load over half your stuff and then say due to space it will be xx higher amount by thousands. I actually had significantly less furniture items than what was originally quoted. Once they have your stuff they have you cornered. Again do not use this company…absolutely horrible experience.

Please DO NOT use this provider Please DO NOT arrange anything with this company. This is a total SCAM. They have the worst customer service and quality service I’ve ever had to deal with. Initial quote doubled, they didn’t comply with packing material at pick up, didn’t asaemble my furniture at delivery, for which I paid over $300. Many of my things got lost or damaged. I am filing a claim with the carrier, but I would’ve NEVER chosen the carrier that United Pro Van Lines used.
