GBTotal and complete scam Total and complete scam. Bait and switch from the online seller. Salesman said they are the moving company, not a broker, but they are only a front end seller. I cancelled the move as they wanted to charge me an additional $700 for a mattress and box spring, although I confirmed everything with the rep.

GBUNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, FRAUD This is the most unprofessional company running a scam and stealing consumers items. As the other review says, once they pick up your goods you will not hear from them. Everyone you had previous contact with will no longer answer calls, emails, texts or anything. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money and pick ANY other company.
