Days late and items short I had the move from hell and while most of the blame falls upon Venture Van Lines (the original broker), A&M didn't make things better. I travel for work so needed delivery when I knew I'd be home, which Venture promised. Delivery came on a Tuesday with me out of town, not present to verify everything had been delivered. They lost/damaged over $1,000 worth of items, including my grandmother's antique chair. It took nearly 2 months to process the claim and they are offering me $135 so I am contacting an attorney. I considered giving them 2 stars because Ahmed did communicate and was helpful when filing my claim, but their handling of the missing/damaged items is unacceptable.

Nice Services! Having a great movers company is no more than a blessing. I was searching for a mover company but could not find the best one for my move, so A&M Moving Services was the one I decided to choose, and I'm happy with their service and delighted with it.

Total and complete scam Total and complete scam. Bait and switch from the online seller. Salesman said they are the moving company, not a broker, but they are only a front end seller. I cancelled the move as they wanted to charge me an additional $700 for a mattress and box spring, although I confirmed everything with the rep.

Very professional people would use again . No damage handled everything with care. Very good company. Very professional people. Polite on time and worked very well together. I would recommend. Price is very good too. I would use again if I have to .

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, FRAUD This is the most unprofessional company running a scam and stealing consumers items. As the other review says, once they pick up your goods you will not hear from them. Everyone you had previous contact with will no longer answer calls, emails, texts or anything. Save yourself the headache, stress, and money and pick ANY other company.
