GBTerrible moving company!!!! The company is extremely unprofessional… The company is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. We moved from Texas to Wisconsin. They packer arrived without the supplies I requested and paid for. They wrapped our TVs in our own comforters and then tapped a box around it. One person showed up in the moving truck, unloaded our belongings and told us no one notified him it was a two story house and he would not carry our things to the rooms allocated. His help never arrived, and he ended up placing boxes where ever they fit. Now I’m trying to get compensated for a tv, mattress, lamp and boxes that we didn’t receive. No one provided us with the paperwork to determine if received all of our items in Texas. The company owner sent me a made up inventory list that listed items we didn’t even have.

GBRead the negative reviews and believe… Read the negative reviews and believe them. I personally believe the positive reviews were submitted by employees of the company. Everything negative that people posted about happened to us. This is a pattern. Lowballing the quote then hiking the price, missing and broken furniture, refusing to put boxes and furniture in the appropriate rooms or reassembling anything. This has been a nightmare, and now I’m taking legal action.

GBDecent Service overall Movers arrived on time and managed to load the truck quickly, sensitive items were covered with thick blankets. Delivery was also on time but there was a bit of a miscommunication regarding the eta, overall the service was decent. Communication could be better !

GBNice Services! Having a great movers company is no more than a blessing. I was searching for a mover company but could not find the best one for my move, so A&M Moving Services was the one I decided to choose, and I'm happy with their service and delighted with it.

GBDays late and items short I had the move from hell and while most of the blame falls upon Venture Van Lines (the original broker), A&M didn't make things better. I travel for work so needed delivery when I knew I'd be home, which Venture promised. Delivery came on a Tuesday with me out of town, not present to verify everything had been delivered. They lost/damaged over $1,000 worth of items, including my grandmother's antique chair. It took nearly 2 months to process the claim and they are offering me $135 so I am contacting an attorney. I considered giving them 2 stars because Ahmed did communicate and was helpful when filing my claim, but their handling of the missing/damaged items is unacceptable.
