GBIf I could give less than one star I… If I could give less than one star I would! I think every piece of furniture I have has been damaged by these unsavory people.The price doubled like most people here are saying and they treated us like we were scum. Money aside from it, they treated me and my belongings like trash. They wait till you're backed into a corner time wise and then they double the price!!! My wife took a picture of the trucks DOT number and I looked it up on FMCSA only 1 truck listed for this company (not A&M by the way) the complaints were same as on this page. Deceptive business practices and damaged items among others.....

GBDays late and items short I had the move from hell and while most of the blame falls upon Venture Van Lines (the original broker), A&M didn't make things better. I travel for work so needed delivery when I knew I'd be home, which Venture promised. Delivery came on a Tuesday with me out of town, not present to verify everything had been delivered. They lost/damaged over $1,000 worth of items, including my grandmother's antique chair. It took nearly 2 months to process the claim and they are offering me $135 so I am contacting an attorney. I considered giving them 2 stars because Ahmed did communicate and was helpful when filing my claim, but their handling of the missing/damaged items is unacceptable.

GBNice Services! Having a great movers company is no more than a blessing. I was searching for a mover company but could not find the best one for my move, so A&M Moving Services was the one I decided to choose, and I'm happy with their service and delighted with it.

GBNot good, costs tripled. … This company basically tripled the price. I agree with other comments they put you in a bind and you have no choice but to go with them. I will say the team that picked up my furniture were fantastic. The team that delivered it were awful. There were two of them, one worked for A&M the other was picked up as a day laborer. He did better than the employee. FAYI was the employee he did not give a care about our belongings seemed like he could not be bothered. Did not want to put furniture together I had to call Mo at dispatch and he had to tell him to do it. My dryer is broken along with some other things. Claim has been filed. The moving costs are horrendous and I will never do it again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the costs will keep going up

GBUnprofessional and dishonest company Had them move my daughters items from Texas to Connecticut. No communication after pick up then the driver Nash held my daughters items hostage until she paid the “new” charges upfront. Mow the service caller was useless and literally told me to file an insurance claim with the company to get money back, even if there was no damage or missing items. Dishonest and unprofessional. Will never record or use company again.
