Dedicated Van Lines is HORRIBLE This company is HORRIBLE! Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible, horrible, and horrible!

Extra hidden cost and ruined furniture Wow where do I begin? If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially I was assured by Mike that since I recently had knee surgery the full pack of the house would take care of packing up the house as well as moving. Well thank God we did some packing of our own. Not only did they not pack half of our stuff but couldn’t fit it all on the truck so my husband and I were forced to rent a U-Haul in the middle of the night and packed our entire basement that was left behind by the moving company. They were an hour late for pickup and an hour and a half late for drop off. They ended up charging us 5k when the original estimate was 3200. They ruined our dining room table when they were reassembling it because the guy was listening to music and couldn’t hear the screws going through our table. They left the parts of both the washer and dryer at the old house so my dad had to go out and buy new parts and hook up my washer and dryer at my new house. What a disappointing company.

Worst Experience When the mover arrived, he took pictures of my items and proceeded to tell me there would be an additional $600 charge for my items because I had more than what was mentioned with the initial phone call/estimate. Then, the mover stated that if I didn't want to pay the extra charge, he suggested I leave behind a glass cabinet and locker. These two items were already on my inventory list and took up a very small portion of space.

AVOID!! This company will SELL you to other moving company... Other company will sell you to another ... each of them will charge you more money (cash only) on the top.. and you must pay to get your staff back. Which I finally did , after over paying $730 on the top of original estimate, contract. As soon Ryan got my initial deposit of $500 , he stopped answering my calls, and nightmare started... Please Avoid Headache ! and to reply to their comment: I only shipped 21 medium boxes, you mixed me up with another unsatisfied client !!

Will sell you to another company who breaks and steals your stuff and doubles the quote Can I just say what didn't go wrong? Being lied to that Dedicated would be delivering our stuff on their truck and just our stuff. Then the night before all of the sudden the truck is stuck in NY so he had to hire his best buddy who has great ratings. Ummmm no because you can't even find a website on them. Lost so many items including a $500 painting because we made the mistake the of saying it was expensive and one of a kind - guess stole it to sell it. Missing huge top of desk, leather coat, 2 fabric bed rails, coats, backpacks and ALMOST all of our furniture and goods were damaged!!!! Mike Levy said let us wrap everything so ok, guys who showed up charged $300 extra to do so (Quality Moving Services Inc.) and charged another $2600 or so on top of that. Let's just say they wrapped our furniture in plastic trash bags which broke through and scratched and damaged almost everything! Boxes were crushed - dropped and tried to tape back together. BEWARE and please use someone else to save yourself from this awful headache and stress. Oh and when I found out Mike sold us to Quality, I immediately wanted full insurance but oh wait, no he couldn't do that because too late or some BS. The truck that picked up took our stuff to NJ to be loaded on a Mayflower truck with who knows how many other household goods. A person's WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!
