Cancelled ON our move day! Cancelled ON our move day, first claiming the truck was in an accident and later claiming it was “mechanical issues”. We asked them to please make alternate arrangements. After several hours of no resolution, we had no choice but to rent a truck and complete the move ourselves. They promised me a refund yet I still don’t have it 6 weeks later. They ignore my requests.

Worst moving company ever Worst moving company ever. They did the same thing to me as all the other reviews are saying. Gave me a great price and then it tripled when they got there. It's to late to change your mind because they already have some of your money. On top of that, I watched them load my stuff and was satisfied. But when they got to my distanation it was in a totally different truck. They had unloaded it and loaded it in another truck. My Harley Davidson was totalled, my furniture was broken and I watched them drop an end table out of the back of the truck. I called numerous times to complain with no return phone calls until finally I told them I got a hold of a lawyer. They answered them but turned me over to a waist of time trying to get them to reimburse me for damages. They are a fraud and don't deal with them.

WHAT A JOKE! WHAT A JOKE! I booked moving help and no called back to verify few days before moving day. My Visa was charged and then 2 weeks later it disappeared off the Visa bill. It was very strange but after reading all the other reviews I realized I too have been scammed. Don't fall for it as everyone else has!!

Scam company Pretty sure all the good reviews on here are fake. The company quoted me 5000 dollars to move and then contracted a trucking company and charged me 9500 once they picked all of my stuff up. Once all of my stuff was loaded I was told it would be 10 days to move it across country, it has now been 33 as of this review and they will not answer my calls or reply to emails.

Fraudulent Company This company stole the name of a reputable one in order to fraud movers. They were a nightmare with communication; they would not answer phone calls and instead used texts, normally taking hours to respond to the simplest requests. They underquoted the size needed to move (so much so that I'm positive it was intentional). I'm sure they would have overcharged us if we had ended up using them to move, but they eventually contacted us the day the movers were supposed to arrive to tell us that the wouldn't be there. THE DAY OF! We cancelled our contract within the 48 hours allotted in said contract, and that was the last we ever heard from the company. We have not, and I assume now will not, hear back about a refund that they legally owe us. THIS IS FRAUD. We tried calling to sort things out and the line is disconnected. They used checks instead of credit card so that your bank cannot dispute their fraud, forcing you to go to small claims court in Palm Beach county (where they are located supposedly). This company committed textbook fraud and I am astounded that they are even allowed to operate as a company.
