Cancelled ON our move day! Cancelled ON our move day, first claiming the truck was in an accident and later claiming it was “mechanical issues”. We asked them to please make alternate arrangements. After several hours of no resolution, we had no choice but to rent a truck and complete the move ourselves. They promised me a refund yet I still don’t have it 6 weeks later. They ignore my requests.

Scam company Pretty sure all the good reviews on here are fake. The company quoted me 5000 dollars to move and then contracted a trucking company and charged me 9500 once they picked all of my stuff up. Once all of my stuff was loaded I was told it would be 10 days to move it across country, it has now been 33 as of this review and they will not answer my calls or reply to emails.

Worst moving company ever Worst moving company ever. They did the same thing to me as all the other reviews are saying. Gave me a great price and then it tripled when they got there. It's to late to change your mind because they already have some of your money. On top of that, I watched them load my stuff and was satisfied. But when they got to my distanation it was in a totally different truck. They had unloaded it and loaded it in another truck. My Harley Davidson was totalled, my furniture was broken and I watched them drop an end table out of the back of the truck. I called numerous times to complain with no return phone calls until finally I told them I got a hold of a lawyer. They answered them but turned me over to a waist of time trying to get them to reimburse me for damages. They are a fraud and don't deal with them.

When Kenny took our call he promised that as long as we cancelled within 2 weeks that we could trust him we could get our money back. We were in the midst of escrow and knew that if it didn’t go through, we would not relocate. HE LIED. They won’t return calls or have a discussion about it. Once you sign, you are screwed because everything he tells you is crap and the signature is the only thing that matters. RUN, RUN, RUN.

Complete Fraud. I wish to support the negative reviews, since they speak volumes. I was fooled by thier excellent market jargons,but recievedthe full blow of being scammed. Booking was made on the 1st June and date was given to have pickup 10th June with all assurance ofdrivers calling day before. All phones went to voicemail,no driver called and I am stranded with my cargo and a disgruntled landlord and additional hotel fees from cancellation. This is complete fraud.
