If I could choose 0 I would If I could choose 0 I would. Booked my daughters move through them from AL to TN. Seemed great on the get go. Then waited and waited. Over 3 weeks held the items. Showed up at 9:00 on a Friday night: Rude, unprofessional, charged more $$ because there was an elevator (which was disclosed up front when we got the quote). Shattered mirror that they detached and packed and stored. Broken TV, dishes etc. Filed claim in Sept. Just got told they are paying a whopping $96 because we chose per pound insurance (which we did not - they never gave her the option). Unreal 1st move experience for my 22 year old. Never again!!

SCAM SCAM, DO NOT USE! Their quotes are not accurate and they overcharge for services that do not get refunded if not done/used. Supposedly paid for Platinum Full-Service Packing, per Adam, Michael, and Travis, but movers contracted by TrueBlue did not provide and did not have proper packing materials. Paid for 50 boxes to pack up my house, they only used 17 and I was not refunded as they stated I would for unused boxes. They offered insurance, but yet state that I had to file claim through their contracted movers for refund. Now they no longer take my calls nor return any emails or phone messages. Stay away and go with a reputable company like Two Men and a Truck or VanLines.

This place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.

Reach out! Do not believe these five star reviews it is a total SCAM!!!!I too did my due diligence, reading reviews etc. I lost so much $$$ additionally they left my things in a parking lot when I told them I had 3 broken toes. Horrible company that lies Frankly, this company does not even deserve a one-star rating. They lied from the get-go. After going over our inventory room-by-room three times, they underestimated our “cubic feet” and the moving price, then sent what looked like a riffraff mover supposedly from PA, who had a slight-built helper (yes, only one) and rented 2 local Uhaul trucks and demanded $8,000 more than agreed contract. We declined allowing them to move our stuff, and they refused to return our deposit, even though they were in breach of contract. It was a nightmare experience.
