GBIf I could choose 0 I would If I could choose 0 I would. Booked my daughters move through them from AL to TN. Seemed great on the get go. Then waited and waited. Over 3 weeks held the items. Showed up at 9:00 on a Friday night: Rude, unprofessional, charged more $$ because there was an elevator (which was disclosed up front when we got the quote). Shattered mirror that they detached and packed and stored. Broken TV, dishes etc. Filed claim in Sept. Just got told they are paying a whopping $96 because we chose per pound insurance (which we did not - they never gave her the option). Unreal 1st move experience for my 22 year old. Never again!!

GBFirst red flag is cash payment First red flag is cash payment. They do this so you cannot get your money back or file a claim with your credit card company. This company has you sign a contract to allow a 3 day window for pick up so technically you can sit your entirely packed home for 3 days waiting. They state a call will be made within 24 hrs of the move to give you a 3 hr window of time. They NEVER, and we hunted them down until they gave us a window of 5 hrs to which they never showed up. RObin promised me the movers would be here in 2 hours and again never arrived. We spoke with the actual movers (True Blue is a broker which is another red flag. Only work directly with the movers). who said they were never contacted by True Blue in regards to scheduling drivers/movers. So the moving company never gave a window of arrival and True Blue made up arrival times. They also failed to contact us after the no show to give us any update. We called the next day to cancel as of course we could not trust them to take our things, and refused to refund us for services never rendered standing behind their "contract" that they have three days to finish the job even though they lied about arrival time. After we cancelled, we spoke with the actual movers and they said they were never notified of our cancellation so True Blue also did not communicate with their "scheduled" drivers. Either way, if you want any sense of security with your move, DO NOT use True Blue. Only use a company you pay by credit card and work directly with the movers and not a broker.

GBLiars and Scammers They lie about absolutely everything Starters your “deposit” goes towards nothing They under quote you so you think it’s a good deal but in reality they rip you off. We went from thinking our move would be $5000 to $13,000 and they expect half up front… so be prepared to drain your savings account Customer service is rude and will hang up on you if you demand answers They are also a broker and even the mover who showed up said “please review them and warn everyone how terrible true blue is”

GBHad 2 moves simultaneously on the same… Had 2 moves simultaneously on the same day. Both went horrible. When the driver showed up to drop off delivery to first location they forgot to strap in the boxes so they were all over the back of the truck spread out every which way. Of course the only boxes that didn’t make it somehow to my house was the ones with expensive electronics like PS5, Apple TV, laptop etc. I went against my gut on that one and regret it. I ended up with other peoples random boxes which I’d help return to them but unfortunately no one can tell me whose they may be. Do not use them for moving please. There’s so much more but if those things don’t make you run nothing will.
