GBIf I could choose 0 I would If I could choose 0 I would. Booked my daughters move through them from AL to TN. Seemed great on the get go. Then waited and waited. Over 3 weeks held the items. Showed up at 9:00 on a Friday night: Rude, unprofessional, charged more $$ because there was an elevator (which was disclosed up front when we got the quote). Shattered mirror that they detached and packed and stored. Broken TV, dishes etc. Filed claim in Sept. Just got told they are paying a whopping $96 because we chose per pound insurance (which we did not - they never gave her the option). Unreal 1st move experience for my 22 year old. Never again!!

GBThey quoted me $5K and on the pick up… They quoted me $5K and on the pick up day they said it was going to be $10K! They used unethical sales tactics.

GBHUGE SCAM HUGE SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. they overcharged us by over 200 cubic feet and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. The contractors they hired are refunding the amount but where is True Blues accountability here? Disgusting. Do not trust this company at all.

GBThis company is a scam. Most of the reviews are 4 or 1-star ratings. This company is a scam and so are the 4-star ratings. They never delivered our furniture. We’re looking at legal actions.
