GBHorrible company that lies Frankly, this company does not even deserve a one-star rating. They lied from the get-go. After going over our inventory room-by-room three times, they underestimated our “cubic feet” and the moving price, then sent what looked like a riffraff mover supposedly from PA, who had a slight-built helper (yes, only one) and rented 2 local Uhaul trucks and demanded $8,000 more than agreed contract. We declined allowing them to move our stuff, and they refused to return our deposit, even though they were in breach of contract. It was a nightmare experience.

Do not believe these five star reviews it is a total SCAM!!!!I too did my due diligence, reading reviews etc. I lost so much $$$ additionally they left my things in a parking lot when I told them I had 3 broken toes. GBThis place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.

GBIf I could choose 0 I would If I could choose 0 I would. Booked my daughters move through them from AL to TN. Seemed great on the get go. Then waited and waited. Over 3 weeks held the items. Showed up at 9:00 on a Friday night: Rude, unprofessional, charged more $$ because there was an elevator (which was disclosed up front when we got the quote). Shattered mirror that they detached and packed and stored. Broken TV, dishes etc. Filed claim in Sept. Just got told they are paying a whopping $96 because we chose per pound insurance (which we did not - they never gave her the option). Unreal 1st move experience for my 22 year old. Never again!!
