This place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.

Horrible company that lies Frankly, this company does not even deserve a one-star rating. They lied from the get-go. After going over our inventory room-by-room three times, they underestimated our “cubic feet” and the moving price, then sent what looked like a riffraff mover supposedly from PA, who had a slight-built helper (yes, only one) and rented 2 local Uhaul trucks and demanded $8,000 more than agreed contract. We declined allowing them to move our stuff, and they refused to return our deposit, even though they were in breach of contract. It was a nightmare experience.

Scam Artists This company is a complete scam - they are a moving broker even though their salesperson Christopher denied this when we originally booked the move, telling us "we are a family" when asked if they do the move themselves. Christopher was EXTREMELY pushy and quoted us $5,000 for our move, then the movers showed up on moving day to tell us it would be over $10,000 because we were quoted for the "wrong type of boxes" and for none of the labor involved with packing the boxes. If we had known this, we would have packed the boxes ourselves. Conveniently, Christopher was unable to be contacted again after the movers showed up (and never responded to us again), and our original moving quote suddenly had expired online. After a lot of back and forth between True Blue and the moving company they hired, each party blamed each other for the unforeseen costs and we are now out an extra $5,000. This move cost us more than our furniture is worth. They also are clearly aware of their predatory behavior as they changed their business name on Yelp so that they couldn't be reviewed by the customers they were comfortable scamming. Beware of True Blue!

First red flag is cash payment First red flag is cash payment. They do this so you cannot get your money back or file a claim with your credit card company. This company has you sign a contract to allow a 3 day window for pick up so technically you can sit your entirely packed home for 3 days waiting. They state a call will be made within 24 hrs of the move to give you a 3 hr window of time. They NEVER, and we hunted them down until they gave us a window of 5 hrs to which they never showed up. RObin promised me the movers would be here in 2 hours and again never arrived. We spoke with the actual movers (True Blue is a broker which is another red flag. Only work directly with the movers). who said they were never contacted by True Blue in regards to scheduling drivers/movers. So the moving company never gave a window of arrival and True Blue made up arrival times. They also failed to contact us after the no show to give us any update. We called the next day to cancel as of course we could not trust them to take our things, and refused to refund us for services never rendered standing behind their "contract" that they have three days to finish the job even though they lied about arrival time. After we cancelled, we spoke with the actual movers and they said they were never notified of our cancellation so True Blue also did not communicate with their "scheduled" drivers. Either way, if you want any sense of security with your move, DO NOT use True Blue. Only use a company you pay by credit card and work directly with the movers and not a broker.

Cancelled on me the day before Cancelled on me the day before my scheduled OUT-OF-STATE move and made excuses about why. On Monday I received a call from customer service verifying my move window dates Tues through Thursday (I have a flight Saturday morning). Tuesday I receive another call telling me they scheduled my move for Thursday and would receive a call the day before for a pick up window. Wednesday I get a call saying they can't get a carrier who accepts credit card payments, so I offered an alternative payment method. When I did they couldn't find someone until the following week and had already refunded me 100% of my deposit. Therefore they KNEW ahead of time t couldn't get a carrier to move me. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
