GBFirst red flag is cash payment First red flag is cash payment. They do this so you cannot get your money back or file a claim with your credit card company. This company has you sign a contract to allow a 3 day window for pick up so technically you can sit your entirely packed home for 3 days waiting. They state a call will be made within 24 hrs of the move to give you a 3 hr window of time. They NEVER, and we hunted them down until they gave us a window of 5 hrs to which they never showed up. RObin promised me the movers would be here in 2 hours and again never arrived. We spoke with the actual movers (True Blue is a broker which is another red flag. Only work directly with the movers). who said they were never contacted by True Blue in regards to scheduling drivers/movers. So the moving company never gave a window of arrival and True Blue made up arrival times. They also failed to contact us after the no show to give us any update. We called the next day to cancel as of course we could not trust them to take our things, and refused to refund us for services never rendered standing behind their "contract" that they have three days to finish the job even though they lied about arrival time. After we cancelled, we spoke with the actual movers and they said they were never notified of our cancellation so True Blue also did not communicate with their "scheduled" drivers. Either way, if you want any sense of security with your move, DO NOT use True Blue. Only use a company you pay by credit card and work directly with the movers and not a broker.

GBGiving this company One star is even… Giving this company One star is even more than they are worth. This company is full of nothing but excuse after excuse. Managers have are spineless and have ZERO knowledge of what they are doing. We are now almost one month since we were “told” our stuff would be picked up. We are now 2 weeks from it actually being picked up and yet nobody in this company has an effin clue where our stuff is. We are preparing an action with our attorney against them since we asked multiple times to refund our money and yet we’re promised our stuff would be taken care of, on top of this we are now also being told that our space somehow “DOUBLED” in size and went from us moving it to storage in ONE Uhaul truck is somehow now 2!!! Effin thieves is what this company is all about.

GBSCAM SCAM, DO NOT USE! Their quotes are not accurate and they overcharge for services that do not get refunded if not done/used. Supposedly paid for Platinum Full-Service Packing, per Adam, Michael, and Travis, but movers contracted by TrueBlue did not provide and did not have proper packing materials. Paid for 50 boxes to pack up my house, they only used 17 and I was not refunded as they stated I would for unused boxes. They offered insurance, but yet state that I had to file claim through their contracted movers for refund. Now they no longer take my calls nor return any emails or phone messages. Stay away and go with a reputable company like Two Men and a Truck or VanLines.

GBLiars and Scammers They lie about absolutely everything Starters your “deposit” goes towards nothing They under quote you so you think it’s a good deal but in reality they rip you off. We went from thinking our move would be $5000 to $13,000 and they expect half up front… so be prepared to drain your savings account Customer service is rude and will hang up on you if you demand answers They are also a broker and even the mover who showed up said “please review them and warn everyone how terrible true blue is”

GBThis place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.
