GBThis place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.

GBThis is the WORST moving company… This is the worst moving company possible. They don't actually move their customer's stuff themselves, they hire a different moving company to do it. The moving company they hired harassed my mom into paying more for the move and for a really big tip. I told them repeatedly that at each location there were stairs and they responded back to me, "oh yeah that's fine shouldn't be an issue" yet went the day comes, they want to charge me extra for stairs? huh? True Blue Moving Group tacks on extra fees, pressures you into signing (@Chris), and does not know the heck they are doing. If you are thinking about hiring a moving company, go for a company that is trustworthy and actually does the work themselves.

GBScam Artists This company is a complete scam - they are a moving broker even though their salesperson Christopher denied this when we originally booked the move, telling us "we are a family" when asked if they do the move themselves. Christopher was EXTREMELY pushy and quoted us $5,000 for our move, then the movers showed up on moving day to tell us it would be over $10,000 because we were quoted for the "wrong type of boxes" and for none of the labor involved with packing the boxes. If we had known this, we would have packed the boxes ourselves. Conveniently, Christopher was unable to be contacted again after the movers showed up (and never responded to us again), and our original moving quote suddenly had expired online. After a lot of back and forth between True Blue and the moving company they hired, each party blamed each other for the unforeseen costs and we are now out an extra $5,000. This move cost us more than our furniture is worth. They also are clearly aware of their predatory behavior as they changed their business name on Yelp so that they couldn't be reviewed by the customers they were comfortable scamming. Beware of True Blue!

GBI booked a move through True Blue… I booked a move through True Blue (Texas to NC) and had them do the packing job. I was assured everything would be labeled, not broken, a DIRECT transport, on a COOLED truck, and they were the company that actually does the move (not a broker). All of these statements were not True. They contracted a company from NJ (Movers and Packers) to do the packing and move. My initial BINDING quote was exceeded by $22,000 when the packing was complete. I was forced to pay that amount AFTER they had all of my stuff on the truck and not an inventory sheet in sight dictating what they had and what they actually didn't have. Several items were broken during the move which took over 31 days to get to NC. It was loaded up on several UHAUL trucks and stored in a storage facility in Dallas for over a month. When my items were finally unloaded it was stacked with another persons items - therefore not a direct shipment. I was quoted for 1700 cubic feet after many consultations with True Blue. When the movers came to move my stuff they said I had over 4500 cubic feet. My stuff was unloaded in NC and there was less than 2000 cubic feet. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and did not refund me the difference after they held my stuff and I was forced to pay the EXTRA $22,000. STAY AWAY from True Blue and Movers and Packers!
