Giving this company One star is even… Giving this company One star is even more than they are worth. This company is full of nothing but excuse after excuse. Managers have are spineless and have ZERO knowledge of what they are doing. We are now almost one month since we were “told” our stuff would be picked up. We are now 2 weeks from it actually being picked up and yet nobody in this company has an effin clue where our stuff is. We are preparing an action with our attorney against them since we asked multiple times to refund our money and yet we’re promised our stuff would be taken care of, on top of this we are now also being told that our space somehow “DOUBLED” in size and went from us moving it to storage in ONE Uhaul truck is somehow now 2!!! Effin thieves is what this company is all about.

This place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.

Reach out! Do not believe these five star reviews it is a total SCAM!!!!I too did my due diligence, reading reviews etc. I lost so much $$$ additionally they left my things in a parking lot when I told them I had 3 broken toes. Liars and Scammers They lie about absolutely everything Starters your “deposit” goes towards nothing They under quote you so you think it’s a good deal but in reality they rip you off. We went from thinking our move would be $5000 to $13,000 and they expect half up front… so be prepared to drain your savings account Customer service is rude and will hang up on you if you demand answers They are also a broker and even the mover who showed up said “please review them and warn everyone how terrible true blue is”
