Cancelled on me the day before Cancelled on me the day before my scheduled OUT-OF-STATE move and made excuses about why. On Monday I received a call from customer service verifying my move window dates Tues through Thursday (I have a flight Saturday morning). Tuesday I receive another call telling me they scheduled my move for Thursday and would receive a call the day before for a pick up window. Wednesday I get a call saying they can't get a carrier who accepts credit card payments, so I offered an alternative payment method. When I did they couldn't find someone until the following week and had already refunded me 100% of my deposit. Therefore they KNEW ahead of time t couldn't get a carrier to move me. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

HUGE SCAM HUGE SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. they overcharged us by over 200 cubic feet and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. The contractors they hired are refunding the amount but where is True Blues accountability here? Disgusting. Do not trust this company at all.
