GBSCAM SCAM, DO NOT USE! Their quotes are not accurate and they overcharge for services that do not get refunded if not done/used. Supposedly paid for Platinum Full-Service Packing, per Adam, Michael, and Travis, but movers contracted by TrueBlue did not provide and did not have proper packing materials. Paid for 50 boxes to pack up my house, they only used 17 and I was not refunded as they stated I would for unused boxes. They offered insurance, but yet state that I had to file claim through their contracted movers for refund. Now they no longer take my calls nor return any emails or phone messages. Stay away and go with a reputable company like Two Men and a Truck or VanLines.

GBThey quoted me $5K and on the pick up… They quoted me $5K and on the pick up day they said it was going to be $10K! They used unethical sales tactics.

GBHorrible company that lies Frankly, this company does not even deserve a one-star rating. They lied from the get-go. After going over our inventory room-by-room three times, they underestimated our “cubic feet” and the moving price, then sent what looked like a riffraff mover supposedly from PA, who had a slight-built helper (yes, only one) and rented 2 local Uhaul trucks and demanded $8,000 more than agreed contract. We declined allowing them to move our stuff, and they refused to return our deposit, even though they were in breach of contract. It was a nightmare experience.

GBScam Artists This company is a complete scam - they are a moving broker even though their salesperson Christopher denied this when we originally booked the move, telling us "we are a family" when asked if they do the move themselves. Christopher was EXTREMELY pushy and quoted us $5,000 for our move, then the movers showed up on moving day to tell us it would be over $10,000 because we were quoted for the "wrong type of boxes" and for none of the labor involved with packing the boxes. If we had known this, we would have packed the boxes ourselves. Conveniently, Christopher was unable to be contacted again after the movers showed up (and never responded to us again), and our original moving quote suddenly had expired online. After a lot of back and forth between True Blue and the moving company they hired, each party blamed each other for the unforeseen costs and we are now out an extra $5,000. This move cost us more than our furniture is worth. They also are clearly aware of their predatory behavior as they changed their business name on Yelp so that they couldn't be reviewed by the customers they were comfortable scamming. Beware of True Blue!

GBLiars and Scammers They lie about absolutely everything Starters your “deposit” goes towards nothing They under quote you so you think it’s a good deal but in reality they rip you off. We went from thinking our move would be $5000 to $13,000 and they expect half up front… so be prepared to drain your savings account Customer service is rude and will hang up on you if you demand answers They are also a broker and even the mover who showed up said “please review them and warn everyone how terrible true blue is”
