Kindly stay away! Used them for a move from Austin, TX to Atlanta, GA. Totally disappointed, did not stick on the schedule for pick up, over priced than initial quote, they wouldn't understand basic mathematic mis-calculations for over charging, they promised to take good care of everything but did nothing but just charge me high. They communicated well until they received the initial deposit. & they are just a middleman - they dont have their own truck. They handed the order to Condor moving system & did not bother there after.

Quoted for $3500 and charged $6300 Under no circumstances should you use this company, it's a complete scam. Their sales people are slick and promise you the world, but never mention they won't actually be moving you themselves, they just broker the move. Once an issue arises, they take no responsibility and pass it off. Apparently I was severely under quoted on our moving bid. My original quote was for $3800. I was repeatedly told this was an overestimate and that I would be paying more likely around $3500. I was told the movers would pack up furniture for me, all I had to do was have everything else in boxes. That's a lie and I was charged for packing. After my original quote, I sold an entire bedroom set (mattress, box spring, frame, dresser and nightstand) a tv, and a weight bench. Surely I thought I would be paying under $3500 now. WRONG! These guys showed up, packed the truck and then told me it would be $6300. What was I supposed to do at that point, tell them to unpack the truck?!? I can not stress to you enough, you need to go with a different company. Pick a company that will actually come out to your house before the move, take a visual assessment and give you a realistic quote.

Because of this I had big trouble with financially and physically. A driver came with a truck at 8:20 pm on 6/22/2020. The driver kept delaying the pick-up time. Also, the moving company told me the movers should be two people, not one. After checking my package, the driver told me I have to pay $699 more due to my package is more than expected. So I called the moving company to explain this issue. However, while I was talking to the manager, the driver was left without loading my package. And the company did not respond to my call and email till now. I already paid $655.4 as a deposit. update They did not respond me but they responded BBB. They refused refunding my deposit even though they did not delivery anything. Please be careful this company. I will keep update this.

tom is too busy getting fake reviews… tom is too busy getting fake reviews for his company to actually answer the phone and take responsibility for his salespeople lying to people. better yet the whole company is based on lies.. they make fake reviews, used fake sales tactics (claiming they have trucks in your area already so they can get you a good deal), they lie on their site and when you speak to them about not being movers..they are just a broker. they use scam companies who steal to move you . then they will create a new company to scam from once their current one has a bad reputation.. right now landmark moving and storage is Tom's next company to scam people.

Banged up my walls Banged up my walls. Never came out to access the damages. They have ignored all my calls and emails. They responded to my yelp review with excuses but yet have not taken responsibility for their actions. Leaves me no choice but to hire a lawyer.
