GBPlease do not use them Please do not use them! Save yourself the tears and headache. My items came back half broken and all my jewelry was stolen. $20,000 worth of Tiffany's jewelry gone. My jewelry box was tampered with and they got away with it stating it was not their fault. I do not even know where to start. I got a quote of $1,800 to move from FL to CT. They said October is their slow season. I listed everything they had on their sheet. When the movers got here (late of course) they hit me with a $4,200 bill because I had an additional 15 boxes. How did my bill go from $1,800 to $4,200 because of 15 boxes? That is more than half. I am sorry your Sales person who is suppose to know unit sizes failed to quote me the correct unit size. He quoted me 350 cube units and my movers quoted me 800 cubs because for the 15 additional boxes. WOW. I paid them because it was midnight and I wanted them out of my house. Not only did I pay them but they kept on insisting on a tip. I felt obligated to tip the guys that stole my jewelry. I signed a contract with Heritage and when my items came for delivery (late again. Quoted me a 2-5pm time and they arrives at 7:30pm) it was a total different company. A company that was rude, I never heard of and wanted me to pay them on the spot. They didn't even finish my move and left some of my furniture outside. If a company doesn't finish a serves then I would expect money back. But no, of course it wasn't their fault even though I have proof and evidence and photos of all this. This second unknown company was Van Line services LLC. Terrible service from both companies. Lies and theft. Do not USE THEM for anything. This family owned business is a lie and will not help you when your items are broken and stolen. I am in disbelief my family jewelry and designer purses are all gone. I hope nothing but bad karma on the people who took my items and I know exactly who they are. The company wont even tell me where they stored the truck or the names of the other movers who took my items. I cannot even get a hold of the other company and they will not give me any information. LIES. I wish I can give them zero stars. Oh and their customer service Connie needs some training and maybe not work in customer service as she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. So many more problems with them and I can keep going but please do not use them. If anyone has had any insight on how to deal or handle this please let me know I am sadden about my jewelry and something needs to be done. I just need pointers as this company is not a helping me at all nor are they offering any discount on my move.

GBLiterally the worst customer service I… Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I told them I planned on leaving a 1 star review they said they would post the audio from the recorded call. I hope they do so people can hear how they treat people after making them wait 6+ hours outside of a pick up window they gave. They are completely unprepared to do the job, but completely prepared to nickle and dime you at every turn. My move was $900 more than originally quoted. 25% more than what I was told. Thats after I elected to sell a bedroom set. While loading the stuff one of the guys kept swearing and dropping f bombs the enitire time. I could not in good conscience ever recommend this company ever.

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY We scheduled a move with Heritage about a month ago. When we called to receive an estimate, we told Lisa that we had a three bedroom house and started listing “all of the things that couldn’t fit in a box” per her request. We told her about what furniture we had, about our home gym equipment, and anything else we could think of. Lisa then started listing common household items and we answered “yes” or “no.” Lisa also asked if we had any totes. I said yes, and she asked if we had more than 15, which I answered YES-we probably had 30 or so but she didn’t ask any further questions. We were quoted $5,177 for our move from Fort Benning, GA to Fort Carson, CO. We disclosed that we are a military family and that we would be reimbursed for the move. When the movers got there, they seemed shocked at the amount of stuff we had. They were told that there were only 30 ITEMS TOTAL to be moved, had no idea about the gym equipment, and seemed flustered. I’ve used movers before and answered similar questions to what Lisa asked me and had no issues, so I didn’t think anything of it. Heritage charges an extra however much per cubic foot over the estimate, so our move ended up being a whopping $11,000. I feel like this company saw an opportunity to make more money and didn’t feel bad about it since we were supposed to be reimbursed. However, the army only reimburses $1/lb, and since we only had 9,000 lbs to be moved, we were out $2,000 that we never planned on paying. Can you imagine if we were NOT being reimbursed? Quoted $5,000 and ended up paying $11,000! Wow. I called a few days after our stuff was delivered in CO and spoke with a manager named Henry (or so I was told later, someone I spoke with said Henry was the only male manager). Three pieces of furniture were broken and I had questions about filing a claim. I also brought up the fact that we felt cheated and that it was unacceptable that our move ended up being over double what was estimated. During this conversation, Henry kept interrupting me and insinuated that we didn’t tell the truth about how much stuff we had and blamed us for “messing up their schedule.” All we did was answer the questions Lisa asked during the estimate process, so I’m not sure how we would lie about it. I insisted that they were the professionals and I assumed they had the information they needed to complete the move. I also told them I would have understood if the estimate was off by a couple thousand—no problem. But DOUBLE? Henry said he would listen to the recorded estimate conversation between us and Lisa to determine next steps. He claimed he would call me back within a few days, but it’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages with no response. I even called a few hours ago and was told “Henry just got here, I’ll let him know you called and he will be with you when he gets settled” and still haven’t heard back. This review is my attempt to get someone’s attention and to warn others. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MOVE. Although, I would like to add that the gentlemen who picked up our stuff in GA were nothing but lovely and hard working. Best wishes to them.

CANever use this company. I don’t want to give any start. This is not company, they damaged my brand new house and now they are totally denied and I’m going to court. They don’t have service mind. I bought kitchen appliance from Canadian appliance source and these guys delivered those and damaged my house and products.
