I was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.

Melbourne Attendance by David-Top Notch service David came into our office and was nothing but professional and informative. He explained everything he was doing in detail and was very thorough, he didn't leave a stone unturned as they say. Was extremely happy with his suggestions, his patience with my silly questions and his wealth of knowledge overall. He was a pleasure to deal with and is an asset to your company here in Melbourne.

Yearly inspection We had our yearly inspection today at 13 Lodge Ave Old Toongabbie 2146 Your 2 men who introduced themselves to us Sean and Cooper both had excellent customer service and were very polite in everything they did. Ali is amazing Ali is amazing AS he comes in he comes and sees me and asks me if any concerns He then goes to the QA team and does the same thing As he is doing in job if any concerns he verbal advises and keeps all staff in communication and send photos of area and always gives his recommendation on things that need to be auctioned. He is very efficient and polite wish all staff conducted site visits the same was as Ali Asset to your company.

Outstanding work from Raymond @ Rentokill Raymond has always been attentive to my needs as a restaurant owner. He has done a good job controlling the activity at my shop to the stage of having 0 pest activity. Would definitely recommend him and Rentokill to others. Thanks
