I am required to use this company… I am required to use this company (Albury branch) for my annual termite warranty inspection for my home built by Rawsons 2 years ago. Absolutely sh!t company to deal with, won't return calls, emails, show up to appointments, provide a annual termite report etc. They have no interest in completing the annual termite inspection all so they can get out of honouring their warranty. Beware if you are building a new home.

They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was… They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was hoping to use over Xmas break. Didnt fill some of the holes they drilled. 2 guys came to do the treatment, one was called away, I felt it was a very rushed job, that is why mistakes were made. Very disappointing, I recommended a client of mine to Rentokil but they have not contacted her.

St. George’s rd ps. Simon visited us today because of a fresh outbreak of white ants. He was prompt helpful and polite. He answered each question with a full explanation. We have used Rentokil over many years but have found the level of expertise lacking in the recent visits.
