St. George’s rd ps. Simon visited us today because of a fresh outbreak of white ants. He was prompt helpful and polite. He answered each question with a full explanation. We have used Rentokil over many years but have found the level of expertise lacking in the recent visits. Ali is amazing Ali is amazing AS he comes in he comes and sees me and asks me if any concerns He then goes to the QA team and does the same thing As he is doing in job if any concerns he verbal advises and keeps all staff in communication and send photos of area and always gives his recommendation on things that need to be auctioned. He is very efficient and polite wish all staff conducted site visits the same was as Ali Asset to your company.

Yearly inspection We had our yearly inspection today at 13 Lodge Ave Old Toongabbie 2146 Your 2 men who introduced themselves to us Sean and Cooper both had excellent customer service and were very polite in everything they did. Rentokil is allegedly a big and… Rentokil is allegedly a big and efficient company offering termite control. Its website is full of glowing customer reviews but I have had a terrible experience. I had a rentokil termite inspection 6 months ago only to find I have a major termite infestation. When I called to arrange an urgent visit I was told by the call center person that I would hear from a consultant. After 6 hours of no call back I called again and was told by another phone person that they would email the consultant. The next morning still no reply. I called again and was told after making a big fuss that this phone person would investigate only to be told that the consultant they were allegedly contacting was on leave although none of the call center people knew this! I wasted 24 hours with this nonsense. Terrible customer service for a returning customer who obviously wont be returning. By the way the company obviously also lost revenue that would have run into the thousands.
