Yearly inspection We had our yearly inspection today at 13 Lodge Ave Old Toongabbie 2146 Your 2 men who introduced themselves to us Sean and Cooper both had excellent customer service and were very polite in everything they did. They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was… They drilled holes in our spa pipes,was hoping to use over Xmas break. Didnt fill some of the holes they drilled. 2 guys came to do the treatment, one was called away, I felt it was a very rushed job, that is why mistakes were made. Very disappointing, I recommended a client of mine to Rentokil but they have not contacted her.

A good company and people Over the years that I have used Rentokil I found them to be very professional and competent in their work. The technician I have had in this time, Ron, has always kept me informed on what he is doing, what needs to be done and I have found him to be very polite and helpful.It is he and his work ethics that keep me to continuing to use Rentokil. I would also add that their products work very well and leaves my property pest free from one inspection to the other.

Failed to check bait station on time because apparently I was too far away after they had already committed to the job. In this time i had termites move to other areas of the house. Following that i had trouble getting a report from them and when i did it was not even for my property.
