The technician arrived dead on time, performed the inspection thoroughly and quickly. I received the report via email on the same day of the inspection which showed how wonderfully efficient my local office operates. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Do not use Rentokil Albury Do not use Rentokil Albury. I have recently had a terrible experience with these guys. Failed to check bait station on time because apparently I was too far away after they had already committed to the job. In this time i had termites move to other areas of the house. Following that i had trouble getting a report from them and when i did it was not even for my property.
