AUI was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.

AUOutstanding work from Raymond @ Rentokill Raymond has always been attentive to my needs as a restaurant owner. He has done a good job controlling the activity at my shop to the stage of having 0 pest activity. Would definitely recommend him and Rentokill to others. Thanks

AUI constantly have problems with the… I constantly have problems with the admin department, messages are not passed on, phone calls not returned, and they do not listen to what I say. There also seems to be a lack of communication between departments.

AURentokil is allegedly a big and… Rentokil is allegedly a big and efficient company offering termite control. Its website is full of glowing customer reviews but I have had a terrible experience. I had a rentokil termite inspection 6 months ago only to find I have a major termite infestation. When I called to arrange an urgent visit I was told by the call center person that I would hear from a consultant. After 6 hours of no call back I called again and was told by another phone person that they would email the consultant. The next morning still no reply. I called again and was told after making a big fuss that this phone person would investigate only to be told that the consultant they were allegedly contacting was on leave although none of the call center people knew this! I wasted 24 hours with this nonsense. Terrible customer service for a returning customer who obviously wont be returning. By the way the company obviously also lost revenue that would have run into the thousands.
