Ali is amazing Ali is amazing AS he comes in he comes and sees me and asks me if any concerns He then goes to the QA team and does the same thing As he is doing in job if any concerns he verbal advises and keeps all staff in communication and send photos of area and always gives his recommendation on things that need to be auctioned. He is very efficient and polite wish all staff conducted site visits the same was as Ali Asset to your company.

I constantly have problems with the… I constantly have problems with the admin department, messages are not passed on, phone calls not returned, and they do not listen to what I say. There also seems to be a lack of communication between departments.

They will never stop sending spam They will never stop sending spam emails. Don't even contact this company as they will never leave you alone. There is no option to "unsubscribe" from their emails, which is illegal.

I was disappointed with this visit as… I was disappointed with this visit as the person who came for the inspection was half an hour late. The appointment was for 7am so I was awake and ready, but had to sit around waiting for him to turn up which he eventually came at 730. Last appointment I had the same person and he was also late and went to the wrong house. Previous to these two appointments, the person doing the inspections was always at my door at the specified time.

I am required to use this company… I am required to use this company (Albury branch) for my annual termite warranty inspection for my home built by Rawsons 2 years ago. Absolutely sh!t company to deal with, won't return calls, emails, show up to appointments, provide a annual termite report etc. They have no interest in completing the annual termite inspection all so they can get out of honouring their warranty. Beware if you are building a new home.
