This company is the most unethical company. Thieves! This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!

The value of Go-Forth Pest and Lawn I have been a customer of Go-Forth Pest Management since buying our first home in 1978! With their service and prompt revisits when a problem popped up, I have felt they were a very professional and valuable company to have in the war against pests. I've used their insulation service, Christmas Lights service and lawn services as well as pest control. I would recommend them without any reservation.

Love my pest control tech, Louis and lawn tech, Brandon Louis is a fantastic pest technician, he is very detailed and always on time. I also like Brandon, my lawn technician. My main concern is with the company. There have been several times that I have had to call and check up on when service is coming. Pest control has always shown up, but there are times when lawn service has not shown up on their designated month. This is frustrating since money is automatically debited on the first of each month and I feel I am constantly checking up on service since no text, emails or phone calls are made to update me on when they are coming.

Very unimpressed Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally. Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

Always satisfied....never disappointed in service Our Go-Forth representative, Don, is almost like family. Always considerate,courteous and honest. Does his job and doesn't waste time but we always have a nice conversation with him. When we see Don out in public, he always knows our names and speaks to us. Thank you, Don, Jim and Cynthia Gollehon
