GBBillng With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!

GBGood Service, But... Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office. I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed. I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

GBCommunication The annual billing is no longer automatically offered. It is with other services. Aeration service feels like they are in a race to get done. They missed one complete side of my yard and had to return to finish the job a week later. But I would add that the service tech are great to work with. Communication from the office is lacking.

GBElium Exterminators merging with Go-Forth Since our first visit after Go-Forth Pest & Lawn and Elium Exterminators merged, we felt the level of service we've received 'never skipped a beat'. I would recommend Go-Forth and their staff of techs over all others in this area. They're professional but very friendly; willing to answer any questions no matter how 'silly'. GBOur lawn is healthy again! Our lawn has greatly improved since Brandon Tilley has been servicing it. For years I spent money on "Scotts", "Ortho", "Spectracide" & the like trying to make the lawn look decent again. But to my dismay none of the chemicals seemed to work effectively. I am happy to say that our lawn now looks very healthy and is weed-free thanks to Brandon's expertise. In my opinion, these services are well worth the price and I absolutely recommend them.
