I'm done I just received a collection notice today stating I haven't paid the last three months. First off it's on an automatic draft, at what point does anyone at the GoForth Co think to pick up the phone to contact me and kindly let me know hey your payment didn't go through it appears your card is no longer active? No, you wait three months to send me a letter from a collection agency with interest applied??! On a service you have not even rendered recently in the past few months. I was even thinking about Paul earlier this week thinking it's been months since I've seen him, I wonder when he supposed to come back? Paul is a great technician and he seems to truly care about his customers and his job it's unfortunate that the rest of the company dropped the ball and waited three months to send me a collection letter. I only signed up for one year of service three years ago and I never re-signed any yearly contract since then. I was told after the first year service I can cancel at any time, well I'm canceling now. You will not get any money on service you did not render!!!

Love my pest control tech, Louis and lawn tech, Brandon Louis is a fantastic pest technician, he is very detailed and always on time. I also like Brandon, my lawn technician. My main concern is with the company. There have been several times that I have had to call and check up on when service is coming. Pest control has always shown up, but there are times when lawn service has not shown up on their designated month. This is frustrating since money is automatically debited on the first of each month and I feel I am constantly checking up on service since no text, emails or phone calls are made to update me on when they are coming.

I haven't had a single spider web since I hired your company Since hiring your company I have not had a single spider web. And now with the termite control system installed with 100% protection garantee we feel safe and comfortable our house will remain in the condition it is. Safe from insect infestation.

GoForth is great and our Tech is the best! We love working with GoForth and have had them service our house since we moved in in 2007! We would recommend them to anyone! Paul, our technician is always super friendly and professional and willing to come out even in an emergency! Once, the day before Thanksgiving, when we were ready to have a house of guests, we had to call him to deal with a problem and he came without a moment's hesitation! We would DEFINITELY without a doubt recommend GoForth to anyone (and we have)!

Excellent Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.
