GBCommunication The annual billing is no longer automatically offered. It is with other services. Aeration service feels like they are in a race to get done. They missed one complete side of my yard and had to return to finish the job a week later. But I would add that the service tech are great to work with. Communication from the office is lacking.

GBThis company is the most unethical company. Thieves! This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!

GBVery unimpressed Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally. Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

GBRidiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

GBEasy to work with! Great customer service and technicians! Experienced a few issues that were quickly resolved with one phone call; but experienced issues nonetheless. Our lawn may be weed free, but it still looks like an average lawn - no greener or fuller than the neighbors untreated lawn. Pest control seems to be working well; when it isn't, they will come back out and retreat for spiders etc. All in all, good service and friendly staff. Their products are also pet-friendly, so that's a huge plus! We've had one other lawn service company in the past and I must admit to having had a fuller, greener, more uniform looking lawn with them....but they weren't as friendly and responsive.
