GBThe value of Go-Forth Pest and Lawn I have been a customer of Go-Forth Pest Management since buying our first home in 1978! With their service and prompt revisits when a problem popped up, I have felt they were a very professional and valuable company to have in the war against pests. I've used their insulation service, Christmas Lights service and lawn services as well as pest control. I would recommend them without any reservation.

GBGood Service, But... Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office. I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed. I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

GBGreat company! My service has always been done by the same person so I have been able to build confidence for knowing what to expect. The serviceman is personable, but more importantly excellent at his job. I can ask questions and know about my service. He is not intrusive, but does the job well and leaves a notice. I have been pleased with the results too. This is a company with a hometown feel, but professional service. I am totally satisfied.

GBRidiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

GBElium Exterminators merging with Go-Forth Since our first visit after Go-Forth Pest & Lawn and Elium Exterminators merged, we felt the level of service we've received 'never skipped a beat'. I would recommend Go-Forth and their staff of techs over all others in this area. They're professional but very friendly; willing to answer any questions no matter how 'silly'.
