GBEasy to work with! Great customer service and technicians! Experienced a few issues that were quickly resolved with one phone call; but experienced issues nonetheless. Our lawn may be weed free, but it still looks like an average lawn - no greener or fuller than the neighbors untreated lawn. Pest control seems to be working well; when it isn't, they will come back out and retreat for spiders etc. All in all, good service and friendly staff. Their products are also pet-friendly, so that's a huge plus! We've had one other lawn service company in the past and I must admit to having had a fuller, greener, more uniform looking lawn with them....but they weren't as friendly and responsive.

GBRidiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

GBElium Exterminators merging with Go-Forth Since our first visit after Go-Forth Pest & Lawn and Elium Exterminators merged, we felt the level of service we've received 'never skipped a beat'. I would recommend Go-Forth and their staff of techs over all others in this area. They're professional but very friendly; willing to answer any questions no matter how 'silly'. GBGreat company! My service has always been done by the same person so I have been able to build confidence for knowing what to expect. The serviceman is personable, but more importantly excellent at his job. I can ask questions and know about my service. He is not intrusive, but does the job well and leaves a notice. I have been pleased with the results too. This is a company with a hometown feel, but professional service. I am totally satisfied.

GBI'm done I just received a collection notice today stating I haven't paid the last three months. First off it's on an automatic draft, at what point does anyone at the GoForth Co think to pick up the phone to contact me and kindly let me know hey your payment didn't go through it appears your card is no longer active? No, you wait three months to send me a letter from a collection agency with interest applied??! On a service you have not even rendered recently in the past few months. I was even thinking about Paul earlier this week thinking it's been months since I've seen him, I wonder when he supposed to come back? Paul is a great technician and he seems to truly care about his customers and his job it's unfortunate that the rest of the company dropped the ball and waited three months to send me a collection letter. I only signed up for one year of service three years ago and I never re-signed any yearly contract since then. I was told after the first year service I can cancel at any time, well I'm canceling now. You will not get any money on service you did not render!!!
