Very bad experience with their service Very bad experience with their service. I am used for Mice in my home. Still same place after nine month. One service person came he argument with me and he left without any service. Finally they send me email that complete service. But I don't how they tell me complete service.

Ridiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.

This company is the most unethical company. Thieves! This company is the most unethical company I have ever deal with. They changed they way they charged my credit card, without notifying me. In addition, when I call them to get my money refunded, they declined even though they had not provided the service. I had to get a claim thru my credit card so I could get my money back. I won the case because they did not have any proof I authorized the charges, and they had not provided the services. Thieves!

I'm done I just received a collection notice today stating I haven't paid the last three months. First off it's on an automatic draft, at what point does anyone at the GoForth Co think to pick up the phone to contact me and kindly let me know hey your payment didn't go through it appears your card is no longer active? No, you wait three months to send me a letter from a collection agency with interest applied??! On a service you have not even rendered recently in the past few months. I was even thinking about Paul earlier this week thinking it's been months since I've seen him, I wonder when he supposed to come back? Paul is a great technician and he seems to truly care about his customers and his job it's unfortunate that the rest of the company dropped the ball and waited three months to send me a collection letter. I only signed up for one year of service three years ago and I never re-signed any yearly contract since then. I was told after the first year service I can cancel at any time, well I'm canceling now. You will not get any money on service you did not render!!!

Good Service, But... Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office. I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed. I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.
