Billng With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!

Easy to work with! Great customer service and technicians! Experienced a few issues that were quickly resolved with one phone call; but experienced issues nonetheless. Our lawn may be weed free, but it still looks like an average lawn - no greener or fuller than the neighbors untreated lawn. Pest control seems to be working well; when it isn't, they will come back out and retreat for spiders etc. All in all, good service and friendly staff. Their products are also pet-friendly, so that's a huge plus! We've had one other lawn service company in the past and I must admit to having had a fuller, greener, more uniform looking lawn with them....but they weren't as friendly and responsive.

Excellent Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.

Very bad experience with their service Very bad experience with their service. I am used for Mice in my home. Still same place after nine month. One service person came he argument with me and he left without any service. Finally they send me email that complete service. But I don't how they tell me complete service.

I would recommend Go-Forth and their staff of techs over all others in this area. They're professional but very friendly; willing to answer any questions no matter how 'silly'.
