GBI haven't had a single spider web since I hired your company Since hiring your company I have not had a single spider web. And now with the termite control system installed with 100% protection garantee we feel safe and comfortable our house will remain in the condition it is. Safe from insect infestation.

GBVery unimpressed Last month, when the person who portrayed himself as the one running the company that had taken over Elium, had a long conversation with me before performing any services. I was clear about not looking for a program that would take care of fleas and ticks, which he attempted to talk me into. I was, however, concerned about ants. He assured me that the regular program that we had been part of for a number of years with Elium, would take care of the ants totally. Wrong. They have been worse than they have ever been. We have been going crazy trying to get rid of them, because the 'professionals' from Go Forth Pest & Lawn not only didn't get rid of them, it seems they made it worse. This is the reason we have no yet paid the invoice.

GBGood Service, But... Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office. I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed. I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

GBBillng With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!

GBRidiculous rigid policies I liked the technician who came to my house, but the company had extremely ridiculous and rigid policies that made it impossible for me to continue with them. They wanted me to sign a contract that they could send their technician whenever it was convenient for THEM (not me) and that I had to make my property accessible any time they wanted to come. I have locked gates and the treatment was for inside and outside, and I was not willing to leave my property unlocked in case they decided to drop in some day. I do not ever want to see someone creeping around my house unannounced. They do not seem to understand the concept of "customer service" in their policies. I switched to a company that has no problem scheduling an appointment at MY convenience.
