Purchased tub 8 years ago Purchased tub 8 years ago. Upgraded to shower over tub 2 years ago. Spent quite a bit of money with this company. Original tub was delivered damaged due to poor packaging. Claw feet were just sliding around in the tub. It was promptly replaced but I had to deal with disposing of the tub myself. Not easy. Since upgrading to shower over tub, the new diverted valve failed in just over a year. Warranty had expired of course. Purchased new valve. Zero installation instructions, not a part that you can easily remove and correct installation. I have twice requested the installation instructions but have not received a response. Instructions, to be honest, aren’t the most explicit when you do have them.

Well built product The shower kit seems to be of high quality and I expect to get many years of service from it. Instructions were sparse, but the work does require plumbing skills, and unless you're an accomplished handyman, customers should hire one. Service was good, I called hoping to buy a shut off valve for the shower riser but there isn't one available. I would shop here again

Worst experience! I ordered an entire house worth of plumbing fittings that were supposedly in stock and ready to ship in five business days. I called to confirm this upon placing the order as was assured that everything, with one exception, was in stock and ready to ship. Over a month later, with no sign of the items and many unreturned calls, I cancelled the order. It then took over two weeks to receive a credit on my American Express. Worst experience!

JUST PURCHASED THE VICTORIAN STRAIGHT… JUST PURCHASED THE VICTORIAN STRAIGHT WATER VALVE STOP FOR MY VICTORIAN TOILET AND BATHROOM. IT IS GETTING INSTALLED IN 2 DAYS. SO I CANT GIVE IT A FIFTH STAR UNTIL I SEE THE FIT AND FUNCTION...BUT THE CHROME PLATING AND STURDINESS OF IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT COULD BE AN ORIGINAL ANTIQUE....SO FAR VERY SATISFIED.

From my phone calls and emails with… From my phone calls and emails with Doris to the delivery from the freight co everything was top notch A+ customer service. Oh and the tub is beautiful. Arrived wrapped like a baby and at 60 pounds we easily carried it inside. It's not installed yet so I can't comment on ease of install but the feet went on easily. I'm so glad I chose Vintage tubs in PA for our bath remodel.
