Wow - Exceptional Wow. I had no idea you could receive an exceptional faucet like this! Although receiving ours took a while, it was hand-wrapped in cloth to protect it. (Who does that??) Our interior decorator recommended Vintage Tub and I got the bathtub faucet of my dreams!

The tub arrived on time The tub arrived on time. The extra insulation that was requested was installed. It fits perfectly in the space and my wife loves taking baths in the tub. The ordering process was fantastic as well. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making such a beautiful tub.

ordered kitchen faucet on line ordered kitchen faucet on line . It was processed and shipped very quickly per your advertised delivery. Good job. I hired a professional plumber to inspect package of components and install the new unit. All threads were fitted with the white tape included. Upon turning on the water the faucet leaked very badly around faucet neck body. Discovered a crushed 0-ring. Online drawings did not show this o-ring. Actually there are two. Called customer service. Said detailed drawing and o-ring specification were not available . Customer service responded very quickly by immediately shipping replacement O-rings. upon installation by plumber it still leaks.

Arrived wrapped like a baby and at 60 pounds we easily carried it inside. It's not installed yet so I can't comment on ease of install but the feet went on easily. I'm so glad I chose Vintage tubs in PA for our bath remodel.

very poor customer service I am a pro customer. Ordered a utility sink and ultimately received the wrong mounting bracket. Notified the person who sent it too me and was told by email "we" would get back to you. Emailed several times with no response after not hearing anything back for several days.Finally heard back after 10 days and informed me that they only deal with orders and that customer service would need to help me. Why were the last 3 emails not responded to to tell me this? When customer service took over they just simply re-ordered the same bracket that does not fit. I have informed them of such and no response after 2 days. Very poor experience.
