Arrived wrapped like a baby and at 60 pounds we easily carried it inside. It's not installed yet so I can't comment on ease of install but the feet went on easily. I'm so glad I chose Vintage tubs in PA for our bath remodel.

Customer service is 5 stars AND delivery on time product inexpensive and beautiful Customer service is 5 stars ! Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal . The delivery was on schedule and they called to follow up and sent all tracking info immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a vintage clawfoot bathtub. Elizabeth NYC

Wow - Exceptional Wow. I had no idea you could receive an exceptional faucet like this! Although receiving ours took a while, it was hand-wrapped in cloth to protect it. (Who does that??) Our interior decorator recommended Vintage Tub and I got the bathtub faucet of my dreams!

"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower- Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage "I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

Worst experience! I ordered an entire house worth of plumbing fittings that were supposedly in stock and ready to ship in five business days. I called to confirm this upon placing the order as was assured that everything, with one exception, was in stock and ready to ship. Over a month later, with no sign of the items and many unreturned calls, I cancelled the order. It then took over two weeks to receive a credit on my American Express. Worst experience!
