Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal . The delivery was on schedule and they called to follow up and sent all tracking info immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a vintage clawfoot bathtub. Elizabeth NYC

GB"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower- Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage "I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

GBWaiting on credit for return. I purchased a freestanding faucet that did not come with a floor mount plate. The item was returned with an understanding the credit back to the account would be 8 -10 business days. The return was processed on 8/31; 10 business days have passed and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I have not installed the bathtub yet and will hold off until I receive the credit for the faucet. If no credit, I will return the bathtub.

GBPurchased tub 8 years ago Purchased tub 8 years ago. Upgraded to shower over tub 2 years ago. Spent quite a bit of money with this company. Original tub was delivered damaged due to poor packaging. Claw feet were just sliding around in the tub. It was promptly replaced but I had to deal with disposing of the tub myself. Not easy. Since upgrading to shower over tub, the new diverted valve failed in just over a year. Warranty had expired of course. Purchased new valve. Zero installation instructions, not a part that you can easily remove and correct installation. I have twice requested the installation instructions but have not received a response. Instructions, to be honest, aren’t the most explicit when you do have them.
