GBvery poor customer service I am a pro customer. Ordered a utility sink and ultimately received the wrong mounting bracket. Notified the person who sent it too me and was told by email "we" would get back to you. Emailed several times with no response after not hearing anything back for several days.Finally heard back after 10 days and informed me that they only deal with orders and that customer service would need to help me. Why were the last 3 emails not responded to to tell me this? When customer service took over they just simply re-ordered the same bracket that does not fit. I have informed them of such and no response after 2 days. Very poor experience.

GBCustomer service is 5 stars AND delivery on time product inexpensive and beautiful Customer service is 5 stars ! Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal . The delivery was on schedule and they called to follow up and sent all tracking info immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a vintage clawfoot bathtub. Elizabeth NYC

GBTub came in great shape Tub came in good condition and a well packed container. It is great looking in our bathroom. Our remodel isn't completed so we haven't been able to use it yet. Very happy with our purchase.

GBWorst experience! I ordered an entire house worth of plumbing fittings that were supposedly in stock and ready to ship in five business days. I called to confirm this upon placing the order as was assured that everything, with one exception, was in stock and ready to ship. Over a month later, with no sign of the items and many unreturned calls, I cancelled the order. It then took over two weeks to receive a credit on my American Express. Worst experience!

GBWaiting on credit for return. I purchased a freestanding faucet that did not come with a floor mount plate. The item was returned with an understanding the credit back to the account would be 8 -10 business days. The return was processed on 8/31; 10 business days have passed and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I have not installed the bathtub yet and will hold off until I receive the credit for the faucet. If no credit, I will return the bathtub.
