The tub arrived on time The tub arrived on time. The extra insulation that was requested was installed. It fits perfectly in the space and my wife loves taking baths in the tub. The ordering process was fantastic as well. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making such a beautiful tub.

"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower- Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage "I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

Waiting on credit for return. I purchased a freestanding faucet that did not come with a floor mount plate. The item was returned with an understanding the credit back to the account would be 8 -10 business days. The return was processed on 8/31; 10 business days have passed and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I have not installed the bathtub yet and will hold off until I receive the credit for the faucet. If no credit, I will return the bathtub.

Wonderful telephone customer phone service. A friendly, very informative information exchange ... pretty rare in these times. Product -- bathroom faucets -- high quality, good price, fast delivery. I'll be back. Thanks, Michael

Ordered a clawfoot bathtub and the… Ordered a clawfoot bathtub and the faucet etc. Plumber came out to install and the parts do not fit the hose is too long or faucet too small. Anyway had to call customer service waited 40 mins. I was promised a call back never happened. I had to pay the plumber call out charge and had to delay inspection for my project. Vintage tub is unable to explain why the parts do not fit and only resolution is to return it at my own expense. The customer service has been terrible and the whole experience has just wasted my time. Will not use Vintage tubs again and i do not recommend.
