GBHope plumbing is dishonest. Terrible work. Hope plumbing is dishonest and does terrible work. I will not hire them again. They never fixed my problem, but still wanted a huge fee. They refused to come back out and fix the problem. I had a different company come out and fixes my problem quickly and cheaply. Like under $50. Hope wanted to charge thousands. No thank you hope plumbing

GBI paid a $1,000+ two weeks ago to have … I paid a $1,000+ two weeks ago to have a leak in the bathroom repaired only to have the problem not fixed and when they return want to charge me another $1,400 to fix the problem that they did not identify the first time. Very disappointed.

GBGreat service Great service, the guy who showed up was honest, straight forward, and helpful, plus did a good job. Only disappointment was they were not able to give me any ball park cost info up front on what I could expect. I know that's hard to do and risky because customers may not describe the full scope of work and it's hard to ball park something over the phone. But the tech was good at listing what they would do and options I had to choose from. But the total did end up higher than I was expecting going in. Shows that it's been several years since I hired a plumber!!

GBExcellent workmanship Excellent workmanship at the quoted price despite running into a couple of issues once they got into the three different jobs. Only negative was that the job they were working before they got to us ended up taking longer and they had to reschedule our job to the next day. Jim, our plumber, provided great feedback and explained everything clearly.
