Very good customer service Very good customer service, professional installer, good quality work, but prices seemed quite high. However, they had some programs to offset the pricing somewhat. That said, if it weren't for prices, we would hire them again.

Great service Great service, the guy who showed up was honest, straight forward, and helpful, plus did a good job. Only disappointment was they were not able to give me any ball park cost info up front on what I could expect. I know that's hard to do and risky because customers may not describe the full scope of work and it's hard to ball park something over the phone. But the tech was good at listing what they would do and options I had to choose from. But the total did end up higher than I was expecting going in. Shows that it's been several years since I hired a plumber!!

Hope inspected our water system Hope inspected our water system. Although everything appeared operational we decided to replace the sump pump before a breakdown in view of its age. He also noted that our water softener drained into the sump instead of the drainage pipe. We notified the original installer who corrected the situation free of charge. We were pleased with the outcome of Hope's visit.

They refused to come back out and fix the problem. I had a different company come out and fixes my problem quickly and cheaply. Like under $50. Hope wanted to charge thousands. No thank you hope plumbing

Great Initiative Started off bad, but Carrie called me back on their on initiative, and advised me that I was in fact overcharged on my repair, and gave me a fair refund. The tech just entered wrong "code". OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I would highly recommend!!!!
