Getting What You Paid For - NOT They sent an email showing a photo of the tech that would be coming to my house, but they sent a different person. The guy that came out did not perform all the services that were to be included as outlined in Angie's List. They were more interested in quoting me a price to replace my plumbing. I had a slow running drain in the bathroom. After their tech was done I was presented with the bill, which I paid. The next morning when I ran water in the sink, it was backing up worse than before the Hope Plumbing tech came. When I called Hope Plumbing, and also sent emails, no response was received. I would NEVER use them again.

Great Initiative Started off bad, but Carrie called me back on their on initiative, and advised me that I was in fact overcharged on my repair, and gave me a fair refund. The tech just entered wrong "code". OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

Inexperienced technician Quick to respond and come out. However, the technician didn’t understand problem. Had consults on phone a couple times to diagnosis problem. Once quote was received it was way higher than expected. We chose to get a second opinion. This quote diagnosed the problem as something completely different. We chose the other company which also saved us almost $900 and actually fixed the problem.

Hope plumbing is dishonest. Terrible work. Hope plumbing is dishonest and does terrible work. I will not hire them again. They never fixed my problem, but still wanted a huge fee. They refused to come back out and fix the problem. I had a different company come out and fixes my problem quickly and cheaply. Like under $50. Hope wanted to charge thousands.
