USSimply do not work with Terminix I wish I would have checked for reviews on Terminix earlier but I was too terrified to wait any longer to get my termite problem treated... I am so dissatisfied with the termite services provided by Terminix, which they have not only failed to resolve our termite problem but continue to waste my time. We initially chose Terminix this year due to its reputation and promise of effective termite control. Our house showed signs of termite activity, posing a severe risk to the integrity of our home’s foundation. Upon contacting Terminix, they were quick to install bait stations around our property, advising us to allow a few months for the treatment to take effect. However, instead of a reduction in termite activity, we observed an increase, prompting further calls for assistance. This is where our troubles truly began. The responsiveness and professionalism initially displayed by Terminix vanished when it came to follow-up service. We have made multiple attempts to address the increased termite activity, scheduling appointments for further inspections. These appointments have been repeatedly missed without explanation. Each time, I reached out to customer service, receiving no clear answers or solutions, just a cycle of rescheduling and ineffective escalations. This not only wastes our time but also prolongs the termite damage to our home. The situation has reached a point where the lack of accountability and effective response from Terminix has left us more vulnerable to termite damage than before their intervention. It is unacceptable for a company of this stature and specialty to display such a lack of commitment to their customers and their contractual duties. We are incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Terminix. We trusted them to help protect our home and they have failed to do so. This experience has not only resulted in wasted time and money but has also increased our stress and anxiety about the safety and longevity of our home. I urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a termite service provider. A company that cannot follow through on its commitments or provide timely solutions to escalating problems is not one that deserves your trust or your business. We expected far better from Terminix, and they have failed to deliver. Too long didn't read summary: Terminix failed to control our termite problem; instead, it worsened. Repeated missed appointments and unhelpful customer service have left us frustrated. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

USDo Not Use Terminix - Very Dishonest If you want the short, abbreviated version, do not use Terminix. They are dishonest and have an inability to do a professional job. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. We contracted Terminix to remove all the insulation from our attic and close any holes on our exterior where they may be getting in. They gave us a quote of $19,000 to do the job. They were contracted to put 13 inches of insulation throughout our attic and close all of the holes around our house. They told me they completed the job, but when I checked, they only put half as much insulation and did not close most of the holes. We gave them an opportunity to correct their blatant effort to deliberately deceive. They spent the next week not answering the phone until I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. If you made the mistake of already using Terminix for your insulation, go back and measure. It is supposed to be 13 inches, and I can assure you, it is not.

USHorrible company The employees are nice enough. . The company itself does NOT stand behind what they claim. My brother has been using this company for many years. He had to do some remodeling and found termite damage all the way around the arch of his garage door. They would Not cover any of it because they said he was going to do the repairs before he found the damage. Shouldn’t they have found the damage during inspections???? ( if that’s what you call it) Horrible company!!! Will definitely be reporting to the BBB!

USFraudulent charges! I initially gave Terminix a good review, but since then I have reasons to change it. I saw a few ants on my kitchen counter so I texted Terminix. When they came out, I was told I needed pest control, termite control and new attic insulation. I signed a written contract on April 1 and gave them $3,514.67 down on a charge of $16,020.00 then on April 3 someone was out here putting in "bait traps" without allowing me the 3 days to cancel as the written contract stated. (After thinking and discussing their high price, I would have.) I also got an emailed contract TOTALLY different from the paper one, charging me more money. I was told their system wasn't set up to handle the contract I had been given. I even got 3 letters saying I owe them more money. Each time I called , I was told something different. When I looked in my attic, they had blown insulation all over my Christmas decorations, even burying some of them. I didn't think, and they never asked about removing them first. Each time my furnace blows air through the vents, insulation particles fall in every room. I am constantly vacuuming. I think Terminix has taken advantage of me as an elderly person living alone. Always get a second estimate before you decide or sign anything.
