USI have had service for a year it’s been…great thank you Jonathon Bravo I have had service for a year it’s been great no issues ?? Jonathon Bravo has been great he was very good at explaining everything and was the way it was. I will keep the service and I thank you for being there.

USNo loyalty No loyalty, no customer service mixed with total lack of responsibility. I have been using this company for termite control for over 23 years. I never receive a monthly invoice.when paying on their website they take the amount they want you to pay, not your contract amount. When you call to have these charges corrected they “have no ability to give refunds “…. When you ask for management “they can’t help you”… when asking for the name of your area manager “ they are not allowed to give you that information “…what can they do? Fill out a request to have the manager contact you. This takes up to 48 hours. Either the manager was not informed, has no concept of time, is busy with other unsatisfied customers or just doesn’t care I will never know. 🤷♀️. I will go elsewhere in search of customer service and consistent billing along with trustworthy accounting.

USBad customer service Commercial advertisement did not expect what I requested. I had about 5 techs come to my house and they seem like they are not doing there job. I payed over $1000 + dollars and should deserve what it's worth. The last one was cussing cause he seems frustrated and the hole I wanted cover was never covered !!! Offer to help but he said he can do it. Don't ever trust them again, waste of money and 1 out of 5 was pretty good.

USThis is the worst pest control company… This is the worst pest control company ever. They don't even deserve the 1 star but since there's not a zero choice, I give them a 1. They lie about the quality of their services. They charge for services that were provided and unresolved issues. I had to close my credit card account because they kept on charging it for services that were not provided. I complained about my dissatisfaction with their services several times and requested to cancel the membership, but they were still charging my card.

CATerminix both thumbs down Terminix merged with/took over a number of other companies and the merger clearly didn't work at least on the residential side. Not only were the mice not removed but calls and emails were not answered. Service appointments did not come at the scheduled time. Take your business elsewhere
